DO NOT STAY HERE.. as someone who's stayed at hotels all over the world this was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at. We stayed the 24th-25th of July.. We completed the Pre-Check in on the Hilton App (Gold Member) it allows us to select rooms and run your credit card thru. Then sends a digital key.. we hand selected 2 rooms. What went wrong: We arrived and the front desk clerk seemed bothered that we approached him. Told him I completed the digital check in and wanted a physical key for the second room (my father's 80, and wanted a physical key) he asked me for ID.. then asked for the credit card.. no problem. Then he asked me to swipe my credit card, which I informed him. I've already done the check in, just needed a key. He said I have to swipe the card.. I obliged.. he does the same for the second room. This whole time im challenging him bc this doesn't sound right. During this time, I notice 4 charges for the room come thru on my banks digital app.. weird but he insisted nothing to worry about they will drop off.. As a gold member you usually get a credit for the gift shop or credit towards breakfast.. nothing was said or no sort of welcome to the hotel.. just awful customer service Now the fun part, I get to my room. And I pull up my Hilton app.. I notice a TOTAL OF 4 rooms checked in... when I only booked two.. I call the front desk.. this doesn't seem right.. I also notice 4x the amount of money for room charged to my card.. over 1300 taken out of my account.. didn't seem right I go downstairs, composed but frustrated.. he explains that HE MADE A MISTAKE and will fix it.. keep in mind the 2 rooms I never got.. then he asked if I knew another guest with my same last name. Which I said I do not.. This made me worried and stressed during my stay due to him checking in extra rooms under my name.. Again, someone who travels for work and stays at hotels all over.. this was one of the worst customer experiences..from the unwelcome check in, to the over charges to asking me if I knew someone else staying there.. nobody ever called to apologize or said sorry. The only thing the front desk agent did was have the charges reversed quickly.. If you are staying in Annapolis spend a few more dollars and go elsewhere..

I cannot recommend Hilton Garden Inn Annapolis. We had a bad experience and terrible customer service. During our stay in August, my husband and I used our daughter's car. She did not know that we would have to use valet parking and we didn't know she had left a gift card and loose change in the center console. When we returned her car, our daughter noticed that those items were missing. After we returned home, my husband called the hotel to alert them in case they run into a similar situation (Hilton uses a private company for their valet service.) They promised they would bring this up at a meeting later in the day and would call us the next day. We never received a call, text or email. Later that week, we received an email with a survey regarding our stay. My husband completed the survey and requested that someone reach out to us. It's been several weeks and we have had no communication from either Hilton Garden Inn or the valet company. Unfortunately, Hilton Garden Inn did not give us the courtesy to discuss this situation.

All of the staff were lovely. Sheena was a great, and very patient, bartender. Rooms were clean. Water pressure was great.

I called the desk on my first night there and was told a note would be left and someone would contact me. Didn't happen. I left a Yelp review. No word from management. I emailed the address on their website. No response. I completed the survey they sent me after my stay. No response. I am a Hilton Honors member, my feedback will be negative. This room was a joke and the price I paid was a scam. I would NOT stay here.

This Hilton has an ideal downtown location, within walking distance of the Flixbus bus stop and everything I wanted to see in Annapolis. I was able to check in early and my room was nice and clean, but very small. This is not a cheap hotel, so I would have preferred a bigger room. The AC was a bit noisy when it kicked in. I got charged for a late checkout, which doesn't happen when I stay at a Hyatt. If the location is the most important thing, then this Hilton is your best bet.

The staff was pleasant but it definitely could have been cleaner. There was dust and grime all over the baseboards, the carpets were dingy and the sheets barely fit the bed. All sides of the mattress were exposed and the sheets kept popping off all night. I honestly expected it to be nicer for the price.

Stayed here for one night with Hatt while in town for the PACE Reception. Located on the main drag in Annapolis, the parking can be very dicey and go quickly so if you don't have to leave with your car on your stay - don't. Use Uber or walk bc when you return spots might not be available. Room was clean, I really don't like that there isn't coffee in lobby - but there was a small restaurant and bar. Coffee brewer of the k cups in room. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was clean too. Wouldn't be my first choice, but liked it.

This place really need to invest in some sound insulation for their rooms. The walls are apparently paper thin because you can hear everything that's going on around you. We paid a very reasonable price for our room here so I don't want to complain too much. The location is fantastic, staff are friendly, room was clean. Sheets on the bed felt cheap but again, you get what you pay for. When we arrived though we could very clearly hear a couple in a nearby room in the throes of passion. That was good for a chuckle, but around 2 in the morning someone started pounding on a nearby room door (drunk I guess?) and the noise was really annoying while trying to sleep. Please spend a bit of money to make this hotel a bit less noisy. If that issue were fixed it would be fine for its purpose.

TERRIBLE TERRIBLE customer service. We are long time Hilton Diamond Status members. This hotel was booked for my husbands work. We always choose Hilton. When we did digital check in they gave us LITERALLY the smallest room on the hotel... next to the elevators and ice machine. Contacted the hotel via the Hilton App.... for 20 hours it said that we would be connected to a Hotel Agent. We explained that Ivwoild be working alone in the Hotel Room while my husband was Working in Annapolis. We asked that they would advise a room that would give me space to work and not room 218. The chat was never answered. The first room had a desk/counter area that was 'bowing' like an arc. They then offered an adjoining room ( which I don't feel safe) they had 3 other rooms but admitted that all of the desks are broken. www wee told the ' night person' should have answered the chat, the gentleman at the front desk doesn't usually work the desk and we had no other options. Not to mention that the room have no closet doors. Not drawers to unpack your belonging, no nightstand to store items and no storage on the bathroom. If you stay here... plan on living out of your suitcase. Not to mention that they are undergoing renovations since Sept for an undetermined amount of time, which you are informed of my a posting in the elevator. Time to switch to Marriott. Update : no hot water for shower this morning and the water pressure became a literal trickle. Never heard from the manager who would be in on Sunday ( per Kate at front desk) After numerous messages. Edgar reached out to say he thought the water issue would have been fixed by this morning and that they are doing renovations. When asked about the lack of response from staff he said he needs to retrain his staff. Didn't address our issues or seem concerned. Offered 50,000 Hilton points and was done. We stay at Hilton properties exclusively for the past 3 years and travel 2weeks/month. This is BY FAR, the worst managed property. They have little to no concern about the guests, are aware of the issues and just DO NOT CARE. I will address this with Hilton. Do not expect anything like Hilton Standards at this property, or a manager who listens to the guests.

We stayed here recently and were disappointed. The lobby and bar area were very nice but on the way to our room , there was laundry and garbage on the floor. Our room was okay. Our biggest complaint is the bartender we dealt with. She was unfriendly, not attentive and seemed annoyed to have to do her job. The hospitality industry isn't for her.
