Service was INCREDIBLE. The staff was super nice and super helpful. The subs are always good at Jilly John's but I've had better experiences at other locations. It is super clean and cute inside so I still had a good dining experience, I just wish my sub had more meat.

Literally the worst customer service. There was a line forming and the young man at the register was on his phone for two minutes before looking me in the eye and taking my order without even a greeting. Then I ordered the box lunch and they failed to put the cookie OR chips in my box so I had to walk all the way back. When I came back, I asked about it and one of the line workers said "yea you're supposed to put them in their yourself." Well who was going to tell me that?! Communication is key in customer service. Won't be returning to this location.

Another "Not Freaky Fast" location... This being the second time I've ordered here, and both take over an hour. This time, we're at 2 HOURS since I ordered and over a HOUR since I got the "In delivery" notification.. and, I didn't order during peak time, I mean 120pm shouldn't take over an hour for a sandwich...

Don't let this place fool you. This might be in the historic district but service is good. The manager there is very friendly and hard working. As far as the food goes I personally like the larger wheat bread that's cut into two. There is a ton of options and pricing is no different then any other Jimmy Johns. Not very expensive. For a fast place to eat and good quality I would go.

We came in before 2 a.m. and they close at 3. They claim they were out of bread (even though my friends and I clearly saw bread) and wouldn't make us anything. If you're trying to close early just say that.

Jimmy johns has good sandwiches, but this location definitely is very iffy on service. I ordered a sandwich through the app and hurried up and drove over during my lunch break and then back to work. Only to find out they completely messed up my sandwich not made at all how I ordered it. At this point I don't have time to go back so I contacted the store and they said oh you had this sandwich right? So they already knew what sandwich was messed up and thought it was okay to still finish making it and giving it to me. Luckily I was able to get a refund on the sandwich.

Just had a very very pleasant experience with customer service from this Jimmy John's. The women I spoke to on the phone noticed I was overcharged through the delivery app I placed the order through, and was able to help fix that for me. Went out of her way to help me. I really really appreciated that kindness and attention to detail!!

The best dang food both sides of the Mississippi . So fast and so much better then subway. The customer service is always incredible and the price is on point. Don't forget your pickle!

Wow what can I say. The delivery guy is amazing. I ordered a combo for delivery and my wife just ordered a sandwich. The food arrived and we chowed down. About a half hr later the delivery guy shows up on his bike with the drink that I had totally forgotten about. That is some incredible customer service.
