My salad was absolutely delicious the grilled chicken was perfect. The wait was not long I called it it and pulled up a little early the quoted time was dead on.

We didn't have plans to come here. We were supposed to go to the taco restaurant a few doors down, but they were closed at 9:05, even though Yelp and Google both listed their closing time at 10 PM. Sorrento looked closed. All the dining chairs were propped up on the table, but they were customers in line to order food. So we took a chance to walked in. We totally got lucky! We had the pepperoni Detroit style pizza and fish & chips. We even sat at a booth and ate there. They didn't rush us out. Turns out they close at 9:30 on Thursday, the day we were there. Food was great! Giving them an extra star for letting us eat inside when they were ready to close up for the night and go home. I think we left around 9:40 - they were very gracious to let us eat there!

The good: clean, quick, easy parking, inside was bright with lots of TVs The bad: the pizza is greasy. The breading was doughy. There is little to no crust, and the pizza itself is very bland. They got our order wrong too. ‍ One step up from Dominos, which gets 2 stars.

When walking in the restaurant, you can tell this is a local staple for the folks in the neighborhood. Everyone knows each other and the environment is friendly. It's a order your meal and seat yourself location. We went on a Friday early evening and it was busy! Lots of good energy and hungry families. We got pizza and a quesadilla. The quesadilla was great! I'd go back!

Delicious Maryland crab soup and a crab sandwich on happy hour for $15. Fresh and delish. Nice little no frills neighborhood spot that's been around for 60 years. I'd do it again!

Something has changed at SofA. The ultimate pepperoni pizza was my go to favorite until a few weeks ago. The last two pies were delicious but a disaster to eat. I picked up a slice any slice every slice and the crust flops down and all the ingredients end up in the box. You don't have time to fold the slice in half before it falls off. Still tasty to eat but with a knife and fork and that's a damn shame.

Sorry this isn't in Howard county but I am all about small businesses and I need to give a shoot out to Sorrentos in Arbutus- picked up dinner tonight because I have been hearing how awesome the food is and they did not disappoint! Crab cakes were excellent as was the club and chicken parm. The customer service was outstanding- shoutout to Bella- Joe and Harold the owner! Friendly, polite, and informative! Great to have (finally a decent food option other than pizza in the neighborhood) a local spot with good food options and beer wine and liquor options!

I viewed the menu online and figured I would give it a go if it had so many options. When I arrived, I realized it was a "Family Dining" restaurant and immediately my expectations sunk. I ordered a cheeseburger with bacon, and it was a little dry. I didn't like the atmosphere, which included pinball machines and even lottery tickets. If you're going to make this into an arcade, do that, but in a restaurant setting, these items felt a little out of place. Maybe I'll come again and try a better menu item someday, but so far Sorrento's hasn't pleased me.
