I've come to these guys a few times when they do my neighborhood's weekly food truck night. Never been disappointed. I pretty much always get their Rockfish tacos because they're so good! Well-fried rockfish pieces topped with a yummy remoulade sauce and finely chopped cabbage. I think my only complaint would be that it's clearly enough for two standard tacos, but they shove it all into one large one, which usually makes for pretty messy eating. I usually opt for the mixed seasonal vegetables, which is a pretty large side and a good variety of veggies. Not bad for $14! Every time I go, there is someone getting their cream of crab soup, and a few times the truck has sold out; must be good, so I'll have to try that next time. Other popular items include their crab fries. They also usually have some jarred dessert, like crème brûlée or key lime pie. I finally broke down and tried their crème brûlée and it was pretty solid! For $5, it's worth it. The folks there are friendly and work fast to get you your food. Prices are definitely reasonable. Check these guys out sometime.

I went for a walk earlier in the morning through Snowden Overlook, a 55+ community, in Columbia. I came across a sign saying they were having a food truck event today from 5-8 pm, and that Chesapeake was one of the two vendors. My husband and I arrived at 5:10 and there was a line forming already. I ordered from this vendor and he ordered from RB Grill. There was a board listing their menu items and another board with their specials. There was a gentleman taking orders on an ipad; the staff in the truck preparing the food; an employee getting the orders and adding napkins, utensils, and condiments; and a young female making freshly squeezed lemonade. I asked the gentleman taking the order what was most popular on the menu and he said the crabcakes. I don't know why I bother asking because half the time I go for something different than what is suggested to me. I ended up getting the fish tacos as they are one of my favs that I don't eat often, and I just had frozen crabcakes earlier in the week. The fish taco came with three pieces of fish in one huge tortilla and included a side. I chose the Old Bay Macaroni Salad as my side. It took awhile before it was my turn to place my order, but once I placed it, I was surprised how quickly my food was ready. My husband's line was half my line, and I was done before him! When we got home, I opened the box and was surprised that my macaroni salad was mixed into my taco. The taco was too big and there probably wasn't enough room to separate it in the box. I would have preferred that it was in a separate container. It looked a bit messy. The fish was crispy and crunchy and had good flavor, but was mildly spicy for me to handle. By the end of my meal, my nose was running. The macaroni salad was a bit bland. I'm not sure if I would get that again. For $12, the portion was a generous size. If they come back for future outings, I will definitely try the crabcake or other seafood items.

i ordered through ez cater for my company's employee appreciation day . the owner reached out immediately & confirmed the time for my order . the order arrived on time (at 5:30 am) . the food is delicious . i'm munching on their thai salmon (not really thai flavored , but still good) , the crab cakes are amazing ! corn on the cob juicy and buttery . all the associates love the mac & cheese . i am definitely holding on to their business card for the future
