I like this Cosi. Well, technically it's the only Cosi I've ever been to but I've had it multiple times now, considering it's the only food option in the building where I work. They make fresh bowls, flat breads, sandwiches, etc. So far, I've had the spicy Italian beef. Spicy Italian Beef melt, and the Buffalo Chicken Pizza(today) and all were good. Was anything the best I've had or close to it? No. But everything was good. Sometimes there's a bit of a wait so I took a star off for that but all in all they're really convenient and I've yet to have anything bad.

First time and not the last! Ordered online for pick up. Food was ready in less time than promised. The only reason for one less star was because the soup of the day wasn't online. However, this tomato basil soup and the warm multigrain bread was delicious! The soup was hearty and creamy just what I needed on a windy day! There was no crowd so I was able to get my order at the register and go. The two were so filling that I don't even have room to eat my salad and brownie!

It's okayyyy. I use to come here when I lived in Baltimore in 2015... now I've tried it in 2024... idk it's okay. Maybe the person didn't make it with love or something but it's decent. Sandwich taste dry. Not how I've had it many times in the past. Service was fast but the man that helped me seemed like he was trying to get me in and out and not attentive to my needs much. It's a cool relaxed ambiance. Would be nice if they had WiFi so people can work from here and eat, luckily I had my personal hotspot to work from.

First of all, I love Cosi. My favorite of all the similar sandwich chains. Unfortunately, my local branch closed recently, so we were happy to see this option as we were looking for a quick lunch in Baltimore. I wish we didn't see it and the cosi memories I had stayed pure. This location was really really bad - from the service (arguing incorrectly about what came in kids meals) to the food quality (over-heated Thai bowl with the mushiest cauliflower ever). Would suggest finding a different lunch option in the area.

ehhh I remember this place being much better in high school. So far I have tried to steak gorgonzola melt which was heavy on the blue cheese and light on the steak and also the Caribbean chicken with spaghetti squash bowl, again light on the protein and that spaghetti squash had an odd consistency and taste. There was negligible sauce on the bowl so I was just eating dry spaghetti squash and 3 pieces of chicken. the location is well laid out well in the bank of america building and the set up is really efficient and all the people working there are forever helpful and never rude. just doesn't make up for the laughable portion sizes and ridiculous pricing. $7 for what amounts to a half of sandwich is ridiculous. From now on I will just accompany people when they want to go there but they will be getting no more of my money

Stopped by for lunch and was glad I did. Cosi is set up like most places now where you go down the line and order what you want. There are many different items to select from such as Sandwiches, Soup, Rice Bowls, Salad, and more. I ordered the "Take Two" where you get half a Sandwich with a Soup or Salad. I ordered the Pesto Chicken Sandwich with a Chicken Caesar Salad. The Chicken Caesar Salad was really good, Chicken was simple but flavorful. The Pesto Chicken Sandwich (Chicken, Pesto, Fresh Mozzarella,& Sun Dried Tomato Spread) was delicious. I would go back and get that again. The staff was friendly and even provided information about their Cosi membership.

I went here for lunch and got the chicken pesto sandwish. I ordered half a sandwich until I saw the teeny-tiny size and ordered another half! I am a small eater and the whole (two halves) sandwich was just enough for me and cost about $7-$8 before tax. The bread was really good though - fresh, warm and yummy! The service was pretty slow and it took a while for them to get my sandwiches ready. Also, it is very confusing as there are 3 different lines - 1 for salads, 1 for sandwiches, and 1 for paying for your meal. I wanted a cup of soup but didn't know where to order it so I did not! Because of the veryyyyy limited lunch options around here, I'll probably go back.

Stopped in for breakfast this morning while attending a conference. These employees are AMAZING. They are all so kind and were attentive to our questions and throughout our order process. We decided to stay and they greet everyone with a huge smiling "good morning!" And my Pico de Gallo egg cup is so yummy!! Would definitely recommend for a bite to eat if you are at the Baltimore Convention Center or in the neighborhood :)

Cute comfortable breakfast/lunch spot in inner harbor area inside the Bank of America building. The guy who made my sandwich was quite friendly and charismatic, which was awesome as I tend to feel needlessly awkward in general. I got a Cosi loyalty card since I'll likely be back. The food is good and the raspberry lemonade I got is amazing. This is definitely a great place to take a break from walking about the tourist area and grab a bite or refreshing drink.
