I would leave 0 stars if I could do , the staff have no idea about the company policies nor do they have any manners or common sense , they repeatedly passed the blame to others and when I explained to them that they didn't know what they were talking about they just end the phone call or just argue back only stating the same point over and over again , would never use the company ever again has ruined my holiday

First of all the front desk guy looked high or on some kind of drugs. . Then he gives zero cares about you getting your rental! I ended up having to leave and go to another rental car place to get a car. YOUVE BEEN WARNED! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

We had a very pleasant experience renting from here. Rented a car from this location for a couple of days on our recent trip. Made our reservation via phone, and was able to pick up within the hour. They had one compact car end it was in good condition and was clean. It did smell a little bit like smoke, but it was not too bad. The transaction was fairly straightforward. We were also able to add a second driver on the contract. The drop off was also pretty straightforward gave them the keys and they emailed us the final bill. There is absolutely no parking at this location, so plan accordingly.

Employees lie to your face. Appointments magically disappear. Instead of finding solutions to their problematic systems they just shut down and tell you are out of luck. Go to another branch or Uber, don't waste your time and money here

A woman damaged my rental car and gave me her insurance information. Months later, enterprise is trying to charge me a $500 deductible and threatening to go to collections. An Enterprise representative ADMITTED that NO ONE contacted her insurance company. They are still trying to make me pay this. Save yourself the headache PLEASE and rent from anywhere else.

Rented a car here for a Saturday pick-up on the website. I went to pick up the car, the office is permanently closed on Saturdays. Why would it allow me to reserve a car here then? Why didn't anyone call me to let me know the office was closed? The branch must have been notified there was a rental planned for that day. Called Enterprise customer service and they did nothing to help but change my reservation to another office and expected me to find my own way there. The reason I'm renting a car is because I need the transportation geniuses. I'm done with this company as a whole. No surprise there's a 2.5 rating and probably going down.

My experience with this office was most pleasant. It was handy to my downtown hotel. So I did not need to pay the hotel parking. TK was a pleasure to work with. She was most efficient. I had my car and was on my way quicker than expected!

Have rented here a couple times in the last few weeks and every single person we have dealt with at this location has been so kind and helpful. The branch manager is awesome and I would definitely recommend renting a car from here. It's great to see that solid customer service is still alive and well!

I reserved an economy car for a one-person, multi-hundred mile trip I had to make for a weekend in January 2021. When I got to their office, the only cars available were a Chevy Suburban and a Dodge Challenger. Neither were optimal options for my trip as I didnt have to haul anything or carry any additional passengers. I opted for the Challenger and ended up spending close to $120.00 on gas. I guess it couldve been worse if I took the Suburban, but if I had the economy car like I had reserved I wouldve spent half the price. First ding. Second I knew I would be on some toll roads when I was on my trip, so I inquired about a toll pass while I was checking out. The guy I was working with said that they didnt have any passes left and that Id just be charged the tolls after the trip. Nothing about fees, but hindsight 2020z When I returned the car, I asked again how I would be billed for the tolls and this time a woman told me that they dont offer toll passes at that location, only at the airport. She told me I should call Citations and pay the tolls before I get charged "all of these fees." I call the same day I return the car and speak with someone in their customer care center, who tells me Im going to be charged a $23.00 administrative fee from Enterprise and all of the service charges on each toll because I didnt have a toll pass. I told her I requested a pass when I was at the office picking up the car and she couldnt do anything for me and that I needed to call when I get the notification email from Enterprise that I am being billed for the tolls, in 4-6 weeks. I asked if she could add that I requested this on my call today and she said everything in her system is read-only...so now I have to keep checking my email and call again to request the waiver of their administrative fee. I cant get back the money on the service charges. The misleading information I was given and the hoops that this company is making me go through to avoid fees that I shouldnt have had to pay in the first place since I requested a toll pass is ridiculous. I am never using this company again. If you do, make sure you leave with a toll pass.
