This place is amazing. To start the atmosphere is beautiful. Reminds you of a swinky New York loft/ gallery place. I've rented Loft A twice and was happy each time. No need to worry about excessive decorations because this place is already modern and stylish. Furthermore, the professionalism is 100%. Eric and his staff take pride in what they do and go above and beyond to treat you well. I recently had a graduation party and Eric noticed that I was overwhelmed and without me asking rolled up his sleeves to help me pull it all together. Very good trust worthy people. I love this place! Their packages will blow your mind and impress your guests. Very good prices for the quality of work and customer service . I'll definitely be back!

Very nice venue with options! I visited this place because a friend of the family had a surprise party there. It was my 1st time and I was very impressed. I was thankful for the nearby street parking as well as the noted parking in the back. They have many steps to get to the party I was attending but it was worth it. We were on the very top floor and it was gorgeous! It was very spacious, had a private bar area, private clean bathroom, at least 2 rooms and other amenities. I noticed a photo set up for those who enjoy the photo backdrop fun pics (hand raised). There were 2 backdrops to pick from and social distancing was enforced. The photographer has on a shirt w venue name on it so I assumed she was affiliated. I look forward to attending more events here and would definitely consider for hosting an event !!

Pro: Eric was accommodating to all my requests. When I got there I needed a few things addressed and they got done. Con: I think my bartender that was hired didn't know what to do and was still drunk from the night before. He couldn't open a bottle with a bottle opener, he was using wrong end. He also didn't give the people the drinks they asked for and changed the amounts of alcohol to less than standard shots. I believe he drank a lot of alcohol and asked me to cover the bar while he would leave to go somewhere a few times. The place isn't handicap accessible but my party was on the first floor.

I had been to Skylofts before and was really impressed with it aesthetically so when I was put in charge of planning a party, I knew I wanted to have it there. This place is so nice! They were extremely helpful in assisting me in organizing the perfect gathering for about 60 of us. The owner had an answer/solution for every question I had and worked tirelessly to make things easy for me. It was gorgeous when I arrived! Should I need another event space I would definitely hold it at Skylofts again.

They stole my gift! I was told they saw the gift via surveillance camera coming into the building and it was placed in my hand, but they didn't see me take it out of the building. I was also charged extra for items that I hadn't requested. They tried to get over on me, by charging additional fees after the contract was paid in full.

I had my mother's service at Skylofts, and we couldn't have been happier with the experience. The room was beautiful, and there was a slide show that Skylofts helped set up for guests to see upon entry. Skylofts also helped with providing us a sound system for some music that we had. They also made great suggestions on things we could do to make the service special. The guests were all impressed with the venue. I will definitely be using Skylofts for any future family gatherings or events!

Very nice venue! I got the placed confused with another spot and I couldn't be more grateful. Staff was super helpful and understanding. Great hospitality. The pricing for events are very affordable also, I love that they provide alot of things to make it easier for the customer

I had the opportunity to be part of a group art show in January 2018- Art From the Heart. It was a curated event put on by Ania Milo Swann and covered by news journalist Jamie Costello. The owner Eric Fondersmith was so easy to work with and was a fair mediator between the artists and the curator. His staff too conducted themselves with great professionalism. Eric made himself available through the entire experience from hanging the show, during the event happening, all the way through to the closing. The Gallery and event spaces are large with many additional rooms for artist studio's and smaller, more intimate group activities and meetings. A great place to hold your next event or company meeting.

We just used this facility for my 30th birthday party and thought 'either these guys are blowing smoke and are going to slam us with charges at the end, or this is a great deal and we will host every event here.' It was definitely the latter! We were in Loft A. It's a pretty great room with a small kitchen area, a room with air hockey and plenty of space to dance. The guy who is point person, Eric, is really easy going. We were able to change things or add things up to the last few days with zero hassle. DJ Nobi was really nice and went above and beyond with video add ons and encouraged spontaneous karaoke! Pros: nice space, decent location, and super laid back staff Cons: you may end up with a party at the same time, which limits nearby parking
