Slow, unfriendly, lack luster service. And don't even bother asking to use the restroom even when you purchase food here, the Asian man at the counter won't let you. Avoid this place at all costs. I won't be back.

I haven't had a bad experience here. I always get my usual 6 inch with chips and it's always good. Victor is great, he's always friendly. Is it slow, yes but it's subway. there's like just one person doing everything because the traffic isn't insane.

This is a terrible location. They had a sign for a meal deal and then refused to honor the deal. The guy behind the counter then laughed at me and told me the deal was only for a sandwich. No, my friend: the sign said for a MEAL. I guess business must be good to bait and switch.

There's a reason there's no one in here. I wanted to run to the bathroom and then grab a drink. First thing they tell me is bathrooms are for customers only. Yep I'm aware just want to go to the bathroom before I get my stuff. And then they are apparently the only subway in the city that does not participate in the Uber snack program so he refused my coupon.

One of the girls there, every time i ask for a Subway Melt, she makes me a Subway Club, which totally isn't even the same thing, because it has roast beef on it and it's not toasted. Who wants a cold sandwich? I could totally make that myself. So, you know, watch out for that. Otherwise, you know, not bad.

Came here today to try the new Tuscan Chicken Sandwich. This place is no different than any other Subway. Samw set up..just a bit smaller. The employees were friendly and helpful. Service was fast. I really have no complaints about this location. Please note this location is in that basement area of the building..and watch your step

Sexist staff towards women. Overheard staff say insulting and disrespectful comments about a female customer who was clearly pregnant. Calling her fat and disgusting. When confronted they lied and stated they said something else and threatened to call the police for harassment. Have also heard them say other insulting comments about customers in a foreign language while serving them.

Yeah. Decent sandwiches. Anybody should be able to stomach this stuff everyonce in a while. Sometimes it's a good exercise to remind yourself what most people think is an average/above-average sandwich. The cookies are good.

Wow, unbelievably bad. Was greeted by what seemed to be the owner (greeted is a strong word) .I could tell he wasn't a people person right off the bat (not a good quality for a chain restaurant owner). We tried using some vouchers we received in the mail but was told in broken English that they don't participate. Made a terrible sandwich, tried to charge us for a meal when we didn't ask for one, watched me like a hawk like I was going to steal something. I'd actually petition for this place to be shut down, nice little cafe would be welcomed there.

Stopped in to order an egg-white, with provolone, spinach, onions, olives, mayo, oregano. She tried to skimp on the onions, olives and spinach. She seemed distracted, slow...it was early morning; maybe she wasn't fully awake? I only went in because Never On Sunday was closed. I probably won't go back.
