Have always had good experiences with food from this bagel shop until I recently got a bagel with cream cheese and lox and found a largish piece of plastic wrap in the sandwich. Called and spoke to the manager who apologized and said she'd issue a credit for the charge as well as a free sandwich next time I came in. At her request, I texted a photo of the plastic to her cell phone. Two weeks have passed and I haven't gotten the credit or a response to two follow up texts.

Their bagels are the slightly chewy real deal, unlike so many spots that try to pass off glorified bread rolls as "bagels." Hooray! You can't go wrong with a bacon egg and cheese bagel from this spot. They nail the ratios with a hefty pile of crispy bacon, fluffy egg, and melty cheese to bring it all together. It definitely veers salty, so I experienced a pang of regret for choosing a salt-studded everything bagel. Next time, I'll go sesame or onion to balance it all out.

Decided to stop by for a yummy breakfast sandwich since it had been a while. My favorite order if the bacon egg&cheese on an Asiago bagel with jelly. If I'm feeling really bold, then I'll do bacon and sausage This was my first time visiting this particular location and I was worried about finding a parking space since it's street parking and during the early morning rush. However to my surprise I found a spot right in front of the store! When I walked in there was plenty of seating areas for those that want to eat in. It was pretty busy but the staff were working hard to get orders out quickly. Overall I would definitely visit this location again if I'm ever in the area!

offers fresh, flavorful bagels with just the right texture. I had the everything bagel with cream cheese, and it was spot on. The staff is friendly, though the place can get crowded during busy times. Good variety, a little expensive prices, and perfect for a quick grab-and-go.

We go to THB sometimes twice a week for breakfast. The bacon egg and cheese bagel is amazing! Customer service is not the best. When you place an order online, of course you go in to pick it up. However, all the bags with the name and order number are turned away from you. So you are not able to distinguish which bag is yours. Who wants multiple people rumbling through a sea of bags to see which one belongs to them? The atmosphere is a little chaotic in the mornings, but I'm sure much more calm during non peak hours.

as someone who lived in new york, this is probably the closest you're going to get to new york bagels down here. while they are pricey in bagel terms, an extra 1.50 out of your wallet for one bagel isn't too bad of a deal for a decent bagel. they are kind of small, so be prepared for that. service is very streamlined and fast.

Came here mid-day on a Sunday for a last meal in Baltimore before I had to leave to go back home from my trip. I was recommended from a local as a great solid consistent breakfast place. I wasn't expecting much because it isn't quite the "classic" sit down breakfast place with high priced breakfast entrees with mid flavor. This place puts them to shame. The service was unique in that your ordered on a kiosk which saved time and made for a much more efficient system and made me think why other bagel chains who are swamped with filling orders waste their time taking orders allowing the food quality to suffer. The food came out hot and fresh and as good as I ever could have imagined. I ordered a bacon egg and cheese that truly rivaled the ones you'd get from a bagel spot in New York. I also ordered a strawberry banana smoothie that reminded me of high quality hotel smoothies. It did take a little while to make and came well after my bagel but the wait was worth it. The decor was pretty light nothing over the top but it somehow worked and just felt like a great place to hang or do some work. Also while I was there the whole upstairs had multiple chess games going on which really added to the entire experience proving THB was the neighborhood favorite amongst locals and Johns Hopkins students. Would 1000% come again.

Nothing but great things to say about this location. The staff are fast and efficient with orders and their bagel sandwiches are always top notch! Great neighborhood breakfast spot when you are looking for something quick, filling, and delicious!

Huge praise for THB and the glorious amount of bacon which adorned my BEC bagel. Too many times places go light on that meat goodness. Not THB. They fed me bacon like they loved me. Can't wait for another one. Also, their coffee is on point.
