The reviews aren't that high for this location but I've always had good experiences here. This was my 3rd time at the Baltimore location. Our server was not attentive to us at all this round and I think service in general here isn't the best but otherwise food and drinks are always good. We sat outside and ordered wine and a beer to start. Our complimentary bread came with our appetizer we ordered - the Warm Crab Dip. There wasn't much crab in it but it was creamy and full of flavor. For my main entree, I got the Farfalle with Chicken and garlic and my friend got the Shrimp and Chicken Gumbo. The portions are huge so it's always great to have leftovers. I loved my dish. Lots of flavor and lots of garlic gloves. I tried the gumbo as well which was fine but definitely enjoyed my dish. I've gotten plenty of cheesecakes here in the past which are a highlight but we were too full to get any. The restaurant is in a great location and is quite large inside and outside. Overall, a good experience here for a chain with really good food that I've always enjoyed.

Great Food & Service Even on a Busy Holiday! We came here on the Fourth of July, so as you can imagine, the place was packed. Luckily, we were able to find seats at the bar, and I'm so glad we did! Despite how busy it was, we were greeted quickly by our server, who was super attentive and friendly the entire time. The drinks were great, and the food was absolutely delicious. Even with the crowd, everything came out in a timely manner and tasted amazing. The wait for a regular table was over two hours, so we felt lucky to grab a spot at the bar and still enjoy the full experience. Highly recommend -- especially if you can beat the wait!

Okay hear me out...I know Cheesecake Factory is a chain but I love it. In my opinion, one of the best spots for happy hour in Inner Harbor, the food and the prices are great!! The fried mac and cheese??? 12/10. And the korean fried cauliflower was so surprisingly good I really enjoyed it! The drinks are also a good size and taste great, I would highly recommend the mojito. I think the bar service area is cute and our waitress was so sweet, the only thing I would say is that the music can be a little loud but it's a fun atmosphere!! Not pictured is the celebration cheesecake which I didn't know I would like as much as I did. Their whip cream is so good??

It gets points for convenience and friendliness. I was across the street for a meeting and just needed something fast. I was actually surprised to see Cheesecake Factory one of the only tenants in this facility. Everything else considered, it's pretty standard. Nothing special.

The only reason I'm giving two stars is because of our amazing server, Ayeashi D., who truly saved the evening with her kindness and professionalism. I booked a table for a birthday dinner a week in advance for 11 people, including two children. When I initially called, the receptionist said she needed to check with a manager due to the party size. I spoke with a manager (I don't recall his name), and he confirmed my reservation. Something told me to call the day of the dinner to reconfirm, and I'm glad I did, because to my surprise, the receptionist couldn't find the reservation. She told us to come in and they would seat us. I arrived 15 minutes early, and again, the host couldn't find anything under my name. She attempted to accommodate us by offering a round table for six with an adjacent booth, which clearly wouldn't work for a birthday gathering where we wanted to sit together. I asked for a manager. When he came over, he was defensive right from the start. I explained that I had called a week in advance, confirmed the reservation, and was now being told there was no record. Instead of acknowledging the inconvenience or apologizing, he insisted they didn't have tables available for that party size and said they don't usually seat groups that large. When I mentioned I would have booked somewhere else had I known, he just gestured and shrugged, as if to say, "Yeah, you could have." That moment was incredibly frustrating and dismissive. As a food and beverage director with over 20 years in the industry, I was appalled by the lack of accountability and professionalism. There was no apology, no real effort to take ownership of the mistake, and no courtesy offered for the inconvenience. Eventually, we were offered seating on the patio with a heater. While it technically accommodated us, several of our guests, especially the women, were cold as we hadn't prepared to dine outdoors. This experience left a bad taste not just for me, but for my entire family. It's a shame because our server was phenomenal and truly the only highlight of the evening. But poor management and lack of customer care like this is exactly why some restaurants struggle to build loyal guests. We won't be returning.

I've only gotten takeout from this Cheesecake Factory location, both for food and of course for cheesecake (I've also gotten 2 whole cheesecakes one for my dad's birthday and one for my hubby's) and every time it's hit right and the flavors are good! In general we've liked everything we've gotten here and the portions are large. Sometimes the wait is a little long to pick up but as long as you're aware of that, it's not a problem and the staff is otherwise really friendly! Plus you can't beat that Cheesecake Factory menu diversity!

I'm giving up ordering from here. I guess your meal only comes as requested if you dine in. If not they give you whatever because you can't immediately come back and complain. I'm done with this location! Once again, I decided to give the steak medallions another chance. Big mistake. They skimp on the steak EVERY-TIME! The only time I got the correct portion size was when I ordered it the very first time. Which now has been over a year ago. The meal has never been the same since. The medallions are NOT medallions. Not to mention I ordered it well and received brick hard!!!! It was absolutely TOUGH!!!!!! You can tell the chefs here don't care about their food! Especially if it's a to go order. I'm done with this cheesecake factory!! If it's not hair in your food then your meal is wrong and you're disappointed. Don't even bother with this location. Go to the others!!!

I stopped by at this franchise after a lengthy and leisurely walk around the harbor. I ordered the shrimp and chicken Chinese style meal with white rice. That's my go to meal at the Cheesecake Factory! The service was great and the employees were very friendly and personable. The restaurant did look as though it could have a bit of TLC. I brought the food back to my hotel and bit in. The breading and sauce on the shrimp and chicken were soggy. There was no crispiness and I believe the food had been sitting in the sauce for wayyyyy too long. It was mush! I couldn't eat it and just had the rice and sauce. I was very disappointed. Unfortunately the restaurant was a 20 minute walk from my hotel and I did not have the desire to go back and complain.

From the get go, this place was nasty. It smelled like throw up outside of the main door to get in, which wasn't even clearly labeled. Then when we went to the front desk we initially asked for a table inside, but we had a sleeping child in a stroller and were told, with an attitude, that we "have to leave the stroller up front" if we wanted to eat inside EVEN THOUGH there was a stroller (CLEARLY) inside the location at a table. We were fine with eating outside since we didn't want to wake our baby because they had just fallen asleep. Upon going outside, it started to drizzle, and we had asked a very kind bus boy (shout out to him) if we could switch tables to one that was caddy corner to us just under a more covered area since we weren't allowed to sit inside with the stroller. He said to ask our waitress when she came to the table but that it should be fine. Right after that, the table behind us asked the same question about the same table and the bus boy said "yes we could accommodate that but this table here (and he pointed to US) just asked for it first." And she said "okay we wouldn't mind going inside also" and he told her to let the server know. 15 MINUTES GO BY and our waitress (Kayla) finally comes outside to give another table drinks and started checking on her tables. She checked on the table behind us and they IMMEDIATELY asked if they could have that open table and the waitress said yes and I said loud enough "are you kidding?" And the people sitting at the table gave me a look, and the waitress finally came over and I said "I'm sorry but we had asked for that table first because we're unable to sit inside because we have a sleeping baby in a stroller." She said "oh they just asked for it". My boyfriend said "okay well we just wanted to not eat in the rain" and she proceeded to say "Well what do you want me to do about it?" That was extremely unprofessional and we felt very uncomfortable as customers. As a business who sees traffic mainly from tourists being right on the water, I'd expect there to be some type of politeness and respect when handing customers. That was incredibly rude and I will not be recommending people to come to this restaurant if they plan to visit Baltimore. I know part of the issue was the other people at the table being ignorant knowing we had asked for it first so it wasn't completely the waitresses fault but upon finding out that we had asked first and were unable to sit inside, the response of "well what do you want me to do about it?" Was actually insane to me. That's literally your job to accommodate your customers as best you can. Disgusting.
