We've now used Zulk several times for transportation from BWI out to avoid the BWI rental car situation and we've been pleased. It's so much less stressful to catch a ride from them and then rent a car when I get out to my destination. Zulk has always been on time, and I have a text waiting from them when my plane lands. They just ask for a text with the door # when I'm ready and they pull right up. They are also very prompt with the return trip and helpful with luggage. We will definitely be calling them again.

I booked with Zulk for my teams board meeting in the area. Kamran was very responsive with quote and providing proof of liability insurance. My California based team was very happy with their service and the quality of the 14 passenger vehicle. Kamran sent pictures and videos ahead of time so we knew what we were getting. Zulk's continues to be our trusted go-to for our elderly mother's transportation needs. Whether scheduling in advance or the off chance I need to arrange transportation the night before an appointment, they graciously accommodate the reservation request. An added bonus is the level of genuine care and professionalism the team demonstrates each time we interact with them. Caring for an elderly loved one in (general but especially from another state) can be challenging but Zulk's helps alleviate the stress. Thank you!

This review is 7 months past due but still very pleased and using them again. I'm in California and needed service for my dad in Baltimore. I sent out multiple inquiries for assistance transporting my dad from his home to BWI. Communication was prompt, detailed and very easy to set up. I was very satisfied with the cost of the service. Let me give you an analogy : the cost of ROUNDTRIP transportation from my dad's to BWI and from BWI back to my dad's with Zulk, was the same cost for ONE WAY from Los Angeles Airport to The Westin Bonaventure in downtown LA ! Both destinations are about 12-14 miles apart but Zulk's was VERY affordable. So just keep that in mind. My dad said they arrived on time to pick him up, carried his luggage for him, both rides to /from BWI were newer modeled, black cars, which were VERY clean, the ride was smooth and dad really enjoyed the conversation with both drivers. I did pay extra for Zulk to come inside to greet my dad (I didn't want him wondering around BWI looking for his ride) By the time I called dad, he landed, and the driver had already found my dad and they were simply waiting on his luggage at the carousel . THAT was worth the extra charge! My dad was VERY PLEASED with Zulk Transportation. My dad sounded ... like he had been spoiled. My dad is a character and his response will be, "It's about Got D___ time someone spent money on Big Daddy for a change" I wish I wrote down the names of the gentlemen that drove dad last Aug and Sept 2023, so that they can be requested again. He did tell me but between our international flight to Costa Rica, I totally forgot to jot it down. Paying for the service was a breeze. Very smooth transaction. I had no issues. They emailed me the invoice, I provided a credit card, which wasn't charged until the day before each service. Nothing more to say. So dad feels LA is his playground and we're planning his next trip back. We're definitely using Zulk again. I did contemplate calling a Lyft for my dad but Zulk's was such an affordable, classy and safer way to transport my dad. Yes, it's the reviews that made me reach out to them , so I hope this review helps others. I did ask my dad to take photos or videos of the actual car(s) that transported him. I wish pops was quick with his camera ... unfortunately, he isn't, so I don't have photos to share of the actual cars that came to pick him up. I asked my dad for details and know senior parents; "It was a black car that took me from point A to point B. What else ya want kid?" I (silently) roll my eyes. Clean car ON TIME ! Used Zulk for three rides in Baltimore. From the airport to our hotel, the hotel to the cruise terminal and from the cruise terminal back to the airport. The communication was great, Karmen was on time (early) gave us tips on where to go and because he was knowledgeable about the port and airport was able to drop us off and pick us up at the most convenient places for us (not for him). The vehicle was clean and well maintained. Next time I'm in Baltimore I will for sure use Zulk again

Used Zulk for our daughter's graduation from John's Hopkins. Best service. I highly recommend. So nice to be picked up from our rental, dropped off right at the entrance to graduation and then picked up right in front when done. We used their bus for 8 of us. The driver was so nice. The price was also very reasonable.
