HORRIBLE!! Ordered cinnamon bread twist got garlic bread twist , they would not answer there phone period DO NOT ORDER HERE I HATE GARLIC !! Can't even eat it .. good that I didn't tip ! I'm shocked by the reviews on here! We ordered pickup through the app on Sunday of 4th of July weekend. No problems at all! Our order was fulfilled fast, tracked it accurately through the app, and an employee brought our food out to the car as soon as we pulled up. He was following guidelines and wore a mask and gloves and this contactless service was unexpected. Our food was hot and quality was "Domino's", if that makes any sense. It's not gourmet, but still delicious. My bf got Specialty Chicken orders that I didn't snap a picture of, but we won't be ordering that again. Too little chicken for the quality and price. Otherwise, I found no problems ordering from this Domino's location.

Ordered a pizza an hour before they closed. Manager called and cancelled my order. Sorry, we don't have delivery drivers. If a location can't deliver, it should be listed as available to deliver on their website. Not cool.

So I have completely had it with you dominos! I have been asking for a refund or free pizza for the issue I had. I have been trying for about a month now to get things sorted out and it seems NOBODY and I do mean NOBODY can solve my problem. I have taken this up the chain to the regional/ district manager and it seems he cannot solve my problem either. This is absolutely ridiculous that I am now begging for my money back for a pizza I NEVER ATE. I don't know what I must do to get this issue resolved. Below is my initial complaint. I am not sure who this email will reach, but my issue is NOT being handled at the store nor through its general manager. On 6/10 around 10pm I ordered a couple of pizzas for pickup at Store 4666 ( 506 S. Camp Meade Road). I was staying at the Sheraton hotel for a wedding I was in town for. They were ready in about 10 minutes, which seemed odd, but I did not question it. Picked them up, no problem. I get back to the hotel room, and notice the pizza seemed kinda flimsy. I bit into it and my dough was way to soft, almost like it didn't cook long enough. It was so soft i could not eat it. Keep in mind I am an avid Domino's pizza lover and eat it all the time. I know how the pizza should taste and look. This pizza totally missed the mark. I called back to the store and explained the situation to the employee who said they would remake it. I asked him if it could be delivered this time due to me not wanting to leave the hotel again. He said yes, but it would be awhile, around 45 minutes. I agreed and we hung up. I waited and hour and a half, and still no pizza. I call back and they my pizza is sitting at the store for pick up. I explain that that was not the case, it was supposed to be for delivery. He says it was some misunderstanding and offered to credit my account $25. I agreed and then asked for recommendations for something else, being I am not from the area, and he had nothing to say. Couldn't offer me any help. I then realize that my order was more than $25 it was closer to $35. I called back and explained it to him and he said he would give me another $25 credit. At this point I think $50 in credits is more than fair and would definitely be used. The next day I thought about it more and wondered how credits worked. I call the store to get more info and they say they can only be used at the store that gave them. Well that's pointless to me because I live in a totally different state. I call the store and speak to the manager Rob. He apologizes to me and says he would speak to his GM and try and figure something out. I also sent him pictures of the pizza. This was on Tuesday the 11th. I call back Wednesday the 12th and speak to Rob again, he said he has not gotten a chance to speak to his GM but assured me he would. I called back either the 14th or 17th and speak to Rob again. He seemed surprised that was calling again. He said he passed all the info to his GM and he was supposed to get in touch with me. I let him know that did not happen. He said he call them when he got free and let me know when he should be calling. At this point I don't know who is to blame.Rob or the GM. It is now the 21st and I have gotten NOTHING. NO phone call back nor my money back. This is absolutely unacceptable. I have made several attempts to rectify the situation and have gotten nothing. I shouldn't have to track down somebody to get my money back for food I didn't eat. Hopefully now I will some type of help in this situation. I almost always order from you guys with very little issue. Today's pizza delivery was disappointing! Just look! While I appreciate my medium being made into a large because you ran out of medium dough, it didn't and shouldn't have look like it has separation anxiety from the other pieces.

I'm very upset after my delivery tonight. I always order from dominos and it's usually great. I live two minutes away and almost always do carry out. At 11:40pm, I simply didn't feel like going in the cold to drive after a long day. I ordered delivery and only tipped 15% simply because the drive is so so short. I wrote a note to please not ring the doorbell because the dogs will bark and to leave it on the porch. The driver rang my doorbell and practically ran to his car at 12:30am. He purposely did the opposite, maybe because he was upset by tip and it seemed fair. I live with multiple other people who work early. I'm highly upset after ordering from this period for so long. Clearly delivery service is not a good choice.

Paid extra money to get sauces for my pizza and breadsticks, they came with none. Afterwards I politely called dominos and asked if they're driver could bring it with him on his next run. My naive self waited over an hour for the sauces and was reheating my food just for the guy to never show up. Would not recommend. Stick to local pizza places or even Papa Johns over this place. Only chose to eat here because I had a gift card.
