Walked in at 8 15. 3 employees present no other customers. Waited 3 to 5 minutes to order. Never acknowledged by anyone. Floors were dirty and needed to be swept. Not sure what the employees were doing but working wasn't it.

Wow! This place is better than Subway! I ordered a A-Wreck Turkey Breast, Hickory Smoked Ham, Angus Roast Beef, Salami & Swiss With onions tomatoes, pickles & Hot Peppers with oil & red wine vinegar on a Multi-Grain roll! With Italian spices. What a fantastic sandwich it was. I also ordered a cup of Chili to try it! I must say the Chili was tasty had a kick to it! The hot peppers on the sandwich had a real kick! I got my meal to go! Staff was very accommodating and fixed my order promptly. This is located in the Hotel area of Lithicum so there wasn't anyone eating in the restaurant at the time but they had to go orders being made.

We were headed to the Baltimore airport and looking for sandwiches to pick up for the flight. We downloaded the Potbelly app and ordered two sandwiches. We ordered our sandwiches cold/un-toasted, we didn't want hot sandwiches to get soggy. I think the sandwiches would be better if toasted and eaten soon thereafter. Our sandwiches were made exactly to our order, everything was delicious. I would definitely come back here again. Thank you!

Made an order through Door Dash. Pot Belly's would not allow the driver to check the sealed bag. Upon delivery there was a sandwich missing. Pot Belly's refused to provide the missing sandwich stating it was in the bag. Not sure what type of people they are use to dealing with but to think someone was trying to get one by them is a ridiculous notion. This was a lunch for our office that cost over a hundred dollars.. They will no longer be receiving any business from us.

Nobody answers the phone. I've called over 7 times and no answer. I am trying to make adjustments on my sandwich but nobody answers the phone because I did it through the app. It's no option. I will ask for a refund if nobody answers my phone calls, Im paying for the sandwich I want.

The worse location of Potbelly I have ever been to! There's always something wrong with my order. They have an unprofessional lady as a manager who is as ghetto as can be. They had my order wrong but she wouldn't give me a refund until she had time to email their cooperate office. Will I return to this location, I rather eat dirt!

The food was good and the service was great until I was handed the sandwiches without a bag and I had 2 combos. The facility was clean but had an odd smell. I'm in town for a wedding and this place was within walking distance of my hotel. I don't know that I'll come back to this location but, I'll try Pot Belly in my home town.. hopefully they will impress me because this one was just meh

We came to this place in between games while playing a tournament in the area. I was excited to try the wreck sandwich, which is several different types of meat. My wife had the steak and cheese. Our sandwiches were decent. I would not go out of my way for it, but it was enjoyable enough and got the job done.
