Delicious food with fantastic view! Service was great also. We had the crispy Buffalo cauliflower appetizer. I had the latitude chicken sandwich and my husband had the helmsman fried flounder sandwich. Both were flavorful and large portioned. We had margaritas as well. Great experience. Will definitely plan to visit again

We are always looking to try new places to eat, and we saw Saltwater 75 being advertised so decided to give it a try. We were not disappointed. We arrived around 4:30 and were seated immediately.  The meals arrived quickly and the drinks were made very well. The atmosphere is very nautical and it seemed as though they were very well staffed. We were given great service and will definitely be returning.

5 of us for drinks & dinner Thursday. We were seated right away... inside is very nice & big. Outside is pretty with an outside bar, seating, & palm trees..
We sat inside.  Some of ordered Crab cakes with green beans or french fries..truly delicious.
Server was very helpful , drinks were ordered & dinner.  Sat back & relaxing with our drinks.
Dinner arrived fairly quickly.
We truly enjoyed every bite & our evening at Salt 75 on Bayside.

We had a wonderful experience at Salt Water 75 tonight. Quick seating when we opted for inside with our party of 7 and even had a sunset view out the back of the restaurant overlooking the bay. Young, inexperienced server who still met all of our needs. Great food, perfect temperature. Wonderful place to celebrate with family!

Saltwater 75 has three sections to hang out in: a cozy inside area that’s perfect if the weather turns, a rooftop with stunning views, and a beachside spot complete with a firepit. The whole place has a laid-back, beachy vibe that makes you want to kick back and stay awhile. Plus, with three bars, you won’t have any trouble finding a good drink. I had a Moscow Mule and a mocktail with orange and pineapple—both were on point.
I started with a seafood sampler that had tuna poke, shrimp, and smoked salmon. It was solid, but the real winner was the watermelon salad with grilled chicken. The salad was super fresh, and the chicken was so juicy. Definitely a dish I’d order again.
The service at Saltwater 75 was awesome. Our group of eight had a pretty complicated order, but the chef came out to make sure they got everything right, which was a nice touch.
To top it all off, there was live music—a guitarist playing by the firepit on the beach. It really added to the chill, relaxed atmosphere.
Saltwater 75 just opened a year ago, but it’s already got everything going for it: a killer bayfront location, cool modern design, and a menu that doesn’t disappoint. If you’re in OC, this place is definitely worth a visit
