Check in was a bit frustrating.  Nobody at front desk, ok, no problem, waited 15 min, still nobody.  Called the number on signage at front desk for service, was told someone would be right out.  We'll 45 minutes later, employee came out from back room.  She apologized and promptly assisted with my check in.  She was friendly throughout my stay, so I can overlook the bad start.  Room was excellent.  Clean and spacious.  One elevator was outbof service, a bit frustrating, but the wait was tolerable. Pool area was nice, has child room and meeting places. Parking is VERY limited and is an extra 40 a night.. common practice in big cities and was priced in line with other hotels I looked at.  Location is a bit off the main area, but was n ice, as it was quiet and safe.  Plenty of eateries within a short walk or drive.  Little Havana close by and is a must visit.  Hotel close to Port.  This rental was a good price, as for the same price as a hotel, we got 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a FULL kitchen and dining area, as well as a living area and a washer and dryer.
Definitely a place I would recommend for a long stay.  Only wish we could have used the pool, but Miami was experiencing a record cold spell when I was there.

My stay at Roami was awesome!!! Gerald was a great host and was extremely accommodating! He is a valuable asset to the property and extremely hospitable! The rooms were extremely nice and clean. I will definitely be returning!

My wife and I stayed at the Roami at Brickell for 6 days and had a wonderful time. The apartment was very comfortable and all necessary amenities were available. At the front desk, Gerald, went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Location was also convenient and within minutes of the bustling Brickell downtown. Highly recommended.

Awesome experience from start to finish.

The apartment was super comfortable.
The staff are so friendly and professional.
The facility is very well maintained.
The location is central and convenient for people visiting Miami.

Gerald was very helpful I had a minor inconvenience with my room I let him know my issue and he assisted me immediately! He also gave us good recommendations around the area I will be back again!
