Easily my favorite hotel in Miami for luxury, top-notch service, and a calm weekend escape. Tucked away from the chaos of South Beach, this place is pure class—think stunning oceanfront views, sleek design, and a vibe that’s relaxed yet upscale. The service is next-level; the staff anticipates your every need without being overbearing, making you feel welcome. The rooms are gorgeous, with plush beds and marble bathrooms that scream indulgence. The food at Lido Restaurant is a standout—fresh, flavorful, and perfect for a chill meal by the pool or beach. Speaking of which, the pools and private beach setup are unreal—quiet, spacious, and never crowded. It’s the ideal spot to unwind and soak in some luxury without the Miami party scene. 5 star all around. Top hotel in my book, Forbes top 50 hotels in the World(34th). Staff is amazing and the venue... What can one say, magnificent!

Fourseasons resort at the Surf club one of the most beautiful accommodations we have stayed in during our holidays. The service from End-to-End is exceptional from hotel reservations, reception champagne welcome to stunning views of the hotel to comfortable beds to immaculate interior design that takes your breath away. The restaurant has great Sunday brunch I highly recommend it. Thank you to the hard working staff for providing excellent service during our stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a Four Seasons property with both my immediate family and extended relatives, and I can confidently say that we consistently enjoy exceptional experiences at Four Seasons hotels around the globe. Given our history of positive visits, choosing this hotel was a straightforward decision when our family gathered in town.

Our beach house, unfortunately, proved too small to comfortably accommodate over 20 family members. In contrast, the Four Seasons offers ample space and a level of service that we find iconic and unparalleled. While we noticed that some reviewers pointed out issues related to room size, we decided to request upgrades, and I must say, the improvements we received were truly impressive.

The accommodations were on par with other five-star hotels we’ve experienced, featuring luxuriously appointed rooms and top-notch amenities. As loyal members of the Four Seasons family, we appreciate the consistency and quality that come with each stay. Without a doubt, we will continue to choose Four Seasons for our family gatherings in the future.

Surprisingly bad customer service for a St. Regis hotel. The location is nice but the rooms need help. For example, the sheets on our bed were stained upon arrival and there was no desk in my room. The Spa at the hotel is unreliable  - I booked an appointment with my favorite masseuse and the spa switched my appointment without telling me. Also, it is one of the only Marriott hotels that has denied my 4pm checkout request every time I stayed there. Do yourself a favor and stay at the nearby Ritz or Four Seasons.
