All I wanted was my order to be right!? First time buyer. Didn't feel like going to BW3s. Wanted local. Place was not even close to busy. 1 order on the screen. Woman behind the counter was clearly not happy I walked in. So what did I do to remedy it? Paid up on the tip (since you pay up front). 25% to be exact on a $25 order. Her attitude seemed to change, but the order was still wrong. I even expressed this was my first time there. She didn't care. Sauce wasn't on 2 of the containers. Even after she looked in the bag. Whatever. I even said "take your time" as I walked to a neighboring business to waste time. Thanks for the disappointment and waste of money. Won't be back. I tip over in this climate to prevent this and this place failed.

I ordered the 18 pc meal that comes with 2 regular fries, 1 large side, and 2 sauces. Everything came out delicious, and was freshly made at the time of order. there was about a 10-15 min wait that was well worth it. I decided to try the butter cheese fries which was delicious, potato salad( but didn't really care for the big chucks of potatoes, and got the bone in spicy, and honey chipotle wings( which was delicious, and cooked to perfection lol); I also purchased their mac n cheese; I liked it, but didn't really care for the spiral noodle. It was a bit pricey it came out to about $48 dollars for everything. It's also in a very good location near other restaurants, and shopping. I recommend trying them.

Absolutely instant addiction only the very best in Michigan a local chain with 20 locations. With 40 percent off boneless Chicken Wings which got us in the house. Owner started with one location in Eastpoint 5 years ago now opening 7 location. We both say Bestest ever Boneless Wings and Sauces and everyday Happy Hour 40 percent off boneless Wings. So that's 24 pc for 21 bucks n change with choice of 4 outrageously delicious made in house daily Sauces. Everyone will have a favorite, wife Loves the Butter Cheese sauce ones so much she bought 24 to go. Me favorite the Creole Parmesan WOWED also had Garlic Parmesan n Lemon Pepper all winning Sauces. Got a dozen more to try really soon, them marinated all white Meat Chunks in light breading OMG. We didn't try Bone in Wing's this trip or many other great looking sides. Had the house made Chili and Coleslaw both spot on delicious. Paid $20 for a small under cooked mac and cheese and 6 boneless wings. Those were decent but a bit dry, could've used a little more sauce or at least some ranch. I know everybody's prices are high right now but this was ridiculous! Extremely disappointed! Won't be going back to DWC for a long long time if ever!

everytime I go here something is always wrong with my order. I ordered a 3pc tender combo. the tenders was not fresh(HOT) at all but the fries were good and hot. I asked for my sauce to be on the tenders and it looked like my order have been sitting for an hour with barely sauce on them. I give up. Im done with this establishment.

I have tried several flavors, they were all good but the Firecracker sauce is the best. The fries they sell are really good and always fresh. They are always quick and the food tastes great.

Undone chicken..... Clean place with friendly service. We ordered the classic (w/bone) 12 piece, the sauce on it was awesome. HOWEVER once we bit into the chicken, it was pink and slimmy. The outside was crisp with the delicious sauce on it but they did not cook that chicken thoroughly. Out of 12 pieces, 10 pieces were like that. We ate the 2 and threw out the 10. We discovered this at home and it was too far away from the restaurant to take back. We considered it a lost but will not go back ever again. Just want to let management know as well as others.
