Location has improved a lot over the last couple months. Workers are more attentive and the burritos are made a lot better. Counter and tables are still a bit dirty though

Been finding these eating establishments at the "Hill" are always out of ingredients. I like to go to Qdoba because it is a healthier option as compared to burgers and fries. I like the honey hot chicken burrito bowl, but the past two times I have gone they don't have it, or "ran out". How does a place that advertises this item as a new thing always out of that particular item? Doesn't make sense. And again the dining area was filthy, and I would never use the bathroom at this place, ever!!!! And now what's with the tip option at cash out? And it's automatic at 22%! Nope!!!!!! Plus a tip jar! Pay your people better! With the tip people are requesting it's pushing lunch tabs to close to $20!!!!!! Gees, think about it, we are paying for fine dining, and have to eat in S hole environments!

Out of the last 6 times we have gotten carry-out from this Qdoba, only ONCE have they put the requested items on our burritos! The last time I was there to pick up an order, there was ONE employee trying to fill several orders, while I could see the other employees through a doorway -- they were in the back chatting and laughing. We definitely won't be going back to this place!

I can't eat here anymore. This store is absolutely filthy and constantly out of ingredients at lunch. Been trying to go to this location every six months or so, for over 3 years hoping something would improve. It just gets worse.

The service is very good. They always give you a large amount of meat and toppings. The burritos must weigh 2 pounds. A good alternative to your typical fast food.

Placed well in advance 4pm for 5:30-5:40pm pickup I know this location can be busy at times so I decided to come last minute thinking that as I arrive they should be finishing up my order, unfortunately that was not the case my order hadn't been started, like come on! I placed ahead to get in grab my food and go, but I guess i shouldn't hold this location to such a high standard
