It's just Checkers, but when you need food late night, they got your back. And now the drive thru is completely automated - a robot lady voice is who you speak to. Our order was perfect and fresh and they never forget anything. Delicious late night junk food; fries are the best fast-food fries, hands down.

If I could give them a half a star I would. I asked for a chicken sandwich without bacon and light sauce if. Purse there was bacon on my sandwich. And I was super hungry not such the thing I was looking for.

This is the first time I've ever been to a checkers in my life and I came to this location out of all places. The place is really small, one of the drive thrus are broken, you can't enter the place unless you're outside and press the door bell. The place screwed up our order 4 times and they didn't really have any customers there. The food though was really good, I can't be upset about that but screwing up the order like that costed me 15 minutes of my life I wouldn't get back.

I ordered the chicken sandwich combo.. Juicy checken patty. Breading was crispy with a nice hint of pepper but not too spicy. Food tastes fresh, and I like the shredded lettuce. The fries are amazing, so much so that I will come back. The service was impeccable. Straight to the point, fast, food came as ordered, and they were nice. Thank you staff.

It's pretty good for a fast food joint ill give em that. It deff is nice to switch it up from the typical everyday fast foods that have been around our locations for decades without anything new. Quite a few good menu choices but nothing that truly was foaming at the mouth gotta have it delicious choices or variations. I've only actually ever had it once and picked at a friend's order another time so essentially twice tasting it and wasn't thrilled neither disappointed however it is good overall...just like I said nothing extremely attention grabbing to make sure above all else this fast food joints the one to go to over any near by....seemingly would forget it's even there. Great staffers tho. Seems hard to find young staffers who are willingly to serve and work with a smile even when they aren't feeling up to it. Most places are a buncha irresponsible ignorant teens running the places not caring about customer service or quality of service...but they actually do or did!! So deff give them huge credit for that alone. Overall I'd recommend if you were narrow on options and didn't feel like the same old thing you normally get from the same old fast food places...seeing as if fast food choices were the classification of food restaurants we were only choosing from anyways. ; ) Don't hate it! So that's something at least! Overall decent place, decent enough food, great staff. Four stars cause the staff is super friendly and polite.

My wife and I were driving home from attending a high school graduation ceremony. Neither of us had had dinner, because it was a meet at the house after work and go kind of day. So, we decided to drop in to this location on the way home. We pulled into the lot and went to place our order. Unlike other restaurants with more than one drive through window, this one did not put up any signs stating that one of the windows was closed. If this place had done so, it would have saved a hassle, because instantly a female voice yelled rudely, repetitively that the window was closed, and that we needed to go to the next window. I looked behind me and checked my mirrors before backing up to go to the next window, and the impatient employee started to yell louder at us. One does not simply back up in a situation like that, because people have been known to fly off of Telegraph Avenue into restaurant parking lots at Telegraph speeds. One has to know for sure that one is clear to back up. She did not have the patience to understand that. When we got into the line of the window that was open, the male employee was polite and friendly. He was also fast and efficient. My wife and I both ordered the Big Buford Combo meals. The fries were a slight bit on the greasy side, but they were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. If you use plenty of ketchup, it should cut the greasiness; so, it isn't necessarily a problem. The fries were also hot and steaming fresh. The burgers had adequate toppings and condiments on them. The meat had about a medium cook on them. They were juicy and flavorful. This location has decent food. It just needs to work on some of their customer service issues. So, I would have given it 3 stars, but I had to count off for the customer service issues.
