I was weary to try this location considering the other reviews, but to my surprise pizza was delicious and tasted like jets should. We had it 2 nights in a row, the second time I ordered 4 pizzas, they came as they should tasted amazing and no mistakes! Sorry to hear about the other reviews, but I'm happy to say I had a great experience. The guy I spoke with on the phone as well was very helpful and patient while I was ordering. Thanks! I had to bring my 5 to 3.. last night I ordered a small pizza and was told it would be ready in 20 min for pickup (we didn't do delivery bc it was an hour wait) after my husband got there he was told they dropped his pizza and have to remake it, so after waiting much longer, he brought home a raw doughy pizza. I was soo disappointed I went and returned it myself.

My name is Debbie. I am an older woman who worked for Jet's Pizza on Telegraph Road in Dearborn Heights. I worked there for over nine years. I was informed about the job through a friend. We had just sold our bar so I was just looking for a job in 2013. I was given a job of a prep position and that was OK with me. I did a lot of work for that store and was treated poorly from day one. I ended up liking to prep the store for opening but never realized the owners, Denny Kressler, Ken Beltron, Joe Guido, Sr. and the GM Joe Guido, Jr. were so cheap. I did not get a raise for six years. I asked Denny, the very person I sort of knew, for a raise after six years and he said no. They gave all the young people raises, many of which were good, but complimented others because they were a friend of a friend. Many young people smoked marijuana in the parking lot, but I was told I couldn't get a raise because I did too much work and/or because I stayed over to finish my work. They just made up excuses. These owners are the worse people to work for and I was always ashamed to work for them. I showed up everyday and was picked on for minor things. They should be ashamed of themselves, especially Denny and Joe Guido Jr. (who was the final straw to make me leave). No, I do not want this job back, but just want you to know that the young people were great, but these owners did not deserve me, and I will never forgive them after their horrible treatment. I was their loyal dog. Good-bye a**holes. Joe Guido, Jr., you can kiss my a**. You were the worst boss I've ever had. And to my customers, especially Bill, you were the best. Caramagno Dan: you were great. Also, to the young people, you were great, especially the young men. The females were nice, but lots of backstabbing took place. Many of the females wanted my job so they didn't have to work nights. You know who you are. My wage at the end on 05/13/22 was $11.20 an hour. Now you know why I tell the truth about their cheapness and many nasty comments. Why did I stay? Loyalty to the person who told me about the job and my own upbringing. Denny Kressler, you can go to h*ll. Just to let my friends know, I am much happier after not being around there and am getting my life back. Joe Jr. even cut my hours at the end. He had many options, but he chose to pick on my 1/2 hour per day. Oh boy Joe, you saved about $3.00 per day. What a cheapskate. And your flirting with the new store manager is a joke. What a terrible GM. Oh, I forgot his father owns the place. What a loser!!!! I did good work in the days that the store was really busy. Anyone can do prep in these slower times. My wage was $11.20 per hour. Thanks guys!! Your cheapness should haunt you. I hope someone in your life that you love gets treated poorly like you treated me, especially directed to Denny and Joe Jr. So happy to be rid of your cheap and demeaning ways. Stay away. Jet's is my favorite pizza chain. But the store on Telegraph in Dearborn Heights is awful. I have gotten it about 10 times from there. Zero consistency, sometimes more sauce than dough, sometimes its basically cheese bread. Sometimes not cooked or cold, sometimes its burnt. If you are going to get pizza from here get delivery because you do not want to step inside of this store. Every employee is filthy, the kitchen looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years. The employees are rude. But make sure you call before 8 pm otherwise they will probably tell you that they are no longer delivering. Tonight was the last time. Ordered a pizza and prayed for the best. Took an hour, which on a Saturday is to be expected. But it showed up cold and smashed. See the picture. I called. Their solution was to send us another pizza and it would take another hour. No offer of a refund. No attempt to take care of a customer that has been loyal for no reason. Got in the car and took it back. Requested my money. The cashier handed us 21 and some change, despite the driver saying it was 22. And they tried to refuse giving the tip back. Even though it isnt great either, do yourself a favor and go to Ford Rd Jets.

I ordered from this place due to my usual location being closed. I called to see where they were located and the guy who answered didn't know where they were.... It took him a few seconds to try to tell me where on telegraph they were at. Ordered extra pepperoni and extra ham with other toppings. Guess they don't know what extra is. They charge you, but don't give you extra. Maybe whoever read the order got confused on the word extra. I will never order from this location again. Also, no receipt was given so I am not able to add to my rewards. I would give negative stars if I had the option. What a lousy excuse for a business. They need to hire people who know what they're doing.

I was very disappointed with the pizza I received. I am have a hard time believing these people are so incompetent that they cant make a pizza properly. Well they managed. If I'm paying $12+ for one 1 topping pizza I expect the sauce, cheese and topping (singular) to be spread to nearly the edge of the pizza. I wont be back to this jets.

Ordered a small pizza for delivery. Told 60 minutes to deliver. Fine. Called 2 HOURS later still no pizza. Called back and was told "the delivery girl left awhile ago. So expect it."

I was so frustrated with the customer service that I felt it was necessary for me to make my first review in years. Initially, I called to place a delivery order. (My mistake for not getting the individuals name that answered the phone.) He must've had a tough time hearing me, but it ended in the employee saying "HELLLLOOOOOOOOOOO???" Finally, after fighting through their background noise, I established contact. I simply asked "do you have any specials?" The response was a quick, rude and dry "No." I placed my 2 pizza order and bread with marinara and ranch. We paid for our order, tipped the driver 10 dollars. Pretty generous tbh. Would've been nice to know he was going to accelerate to 50-60 mph down my residential road prior to the tipping. We didn't receive our sauce in which I fully anticipated because I specifically remember asking the rude individual that answered the phone. I never received a receipt for my order as well. I called and asked if it was possible to get our ranch. Brittany/maybe Brianna advised me that they were done delivering at 8:15 PM. "You can come get it." I paid for delivery, I tipped generously and didn't receive what I asked for then was told to come pick it up, which completely disregards the convenience of delivery to begin with. Per GPS, it's a 6 minute walk. Could I go up there? Yeah. Could they deliver their product like I paid for? They should.
