I ordered a number 14 chicken sandwich combo it was horrible. The buns was cold and the chicken was too. It tasted like it was cooked hours earlier. On top of that the cashier gave me the wrong change back. Had to go back the next day and get it. Won't be back unl something changes.

Stopped by right before closing and tried to order three chicken sandwiches. The team member told me they only had two left because they were closing soon -- no problem, I took the two and left. When I got home and started eating, both sandwiches were lukewarm and the chicken was tough, full of hard pieces like I got the last scraps of the night. It's clear they didn't want to drop fresh chicken so they could clock out on time. Honestly, they could've just made two fresh ones and I would've been fine waiting. Both sandwiches were low quality and pretty gross -- ended up tossing them. Should've gone somewhere else. Won't be back to this location.

Came in and waited at the front kiosk for more than 10 mins !! Even sat down. It's 10:38 . I finally ask the lady " are you going to take my order she says no and say she's not opening up until a few minutes. So why is the door open???? I tell her that's unacceptable for her to just ignore customers . She responded with "I don't care" . Don't go to this place!! I knocked over an EMPTY box and she threatened to call the police . Oh well.

I pick picked up an order at KFC on Plymouth Rd in Livonia since I hadn't been in awhile. The popcorn chicken was mostly breading chicken no's and very few chicken pieces. The biscuits were bland and so disappointing as they used to be so tasty and good texture. Fries were good. Service was friendly but i wont return due to poor quality of food and almost $12 charge. Oh I got 2 extra biscuit because they used to be so good.

If i could give them less than one star i would. I know that most people assume that it is the customer being rude in most cases, but in my case that was not it. The menu is dark and hard to read, so i politely asked if they still had the Buffalo Chicken Littles available, and the manager responded on the speaker with "yup" while mocking my voice. I let it slide, and thought maybe i was just imagining it.... until i completed my order and said "Thank you" to which she again responded, mocking me and my voice. After pulling up to the window i had mentioned that the woman who took my order was extremely rude and i wasn't happy with my service. He responded with "well that's my manager". The manager never spoke with me face to face but did make sure i seen her middle finger through the drive-thru. Only to be handed my food by the young teenager at the window who said "fuck you very much" as i drove off. I've never felt more disrespected in my life, for just asking a question about Buffalo chicken littles. DO NOT EAT HERE. They do not treat people with kindness

Usually, I don't write bad reviews but this experience was so bad I tried to pick up my mobile order through the drive-through. They gave me the wrong order I had to go inside (what I ordered was two chicken, combos one with fries one with a mashed potato and two kfc sauces) I showed them my phone receipt they took my phone and took it to the back where you couldn't see it where I could not see it didn't even ask if they could take it then they came out with my order. I checked it it was still wrong. They gave me two combos both with fries I told him I was with mashed potatoes to gave me the mashed potatoes they still forgot my KFC sauce I came home started eating the food, and one of the sandwiches had spice, and there was a long black hair in the food as well

If I can give negative stars I would. Went in for lunch, asked if the chicken was fresh the STORE MANAGER SAID "I don't know" I asked him how he doesn't know seeing he's the one who works here lol and he became irate and told me I don't have to buy the food! Wow, that went left, all over a simple question, IS THE CHICKEN TENDERS FRESH? None of the employees wears gloves, the same hands they take money with are the same hands preparing your food, and no they don't wash their hands in between. He begin to tell his employees to remember my face and not to serve me! THERES NO WAY THIS PLACE IS STILL OPEN! Has a prime location with terrible EVERYTHING, what a waste! DO NOT EAT HERE, THANK ME LATER!

I'm sorry but fast food is ass, it's only convenient that's why I frequent fast food places I typically don't have enough time in a day to cook, when I order something with French fries I think I should get something in there correct? Welp not here if you fast food workers think you deserve $15 per hour you should greatly consider checking yourself into a mental institution of you can't provide correct orders that are literally on a screen... I can't wait till all fast food jobs are replaced by robots, sorry not sorry
