We decided to give it a shot because we seen commercials were a new CEO excited about seeing if it was any good it actually was the food was good. Our waitress was good and the ambience was family oriented.

Latavia & Curtis were wonderful servers and the food was awesome. I live up the street from the Southgate one, but I must say the food is much tastier at the Dearborn location.

This Dearborn heights location was just no, smh. I dined in yesterday, quiet ambiance, not busy, ordered 3 meals, one for myself, 1 for my husband and son Togo. I asked for my salmon bowl and steak entree to be topped with crab and the waitress said she couldn't do it. So I ate my meal, and when I got to my husband he was about to eat, he cut into his medium well steak and it was not cooked correctly, too much pink. I called and was put on hold for almost 10mins by the manager Dena. I called back and the manager apologized and said she was free now. I explained her the issue and she asked would I be able to return today, I said no I'm on my way to work but I can tomorrow. She said she can remake the steak but to bring the steak he didn't eat there tomorrow. I had never heard of that but I agreed, I guess this location has a different policy, so I took it out the trash and boxed it back up. I asked her to remake the whole order. She asked, you want the whole order remade, I said yes for my inconvenience, the steak wasn't cooked properly and now I have to travel back up there, she agreed. I also asked about the crab add on, she said it can be added to anything, then she said after placing me on hold that it's only certain dishes. She then said I couldn't get it on my steak/lobster combo because it was the daily special and I would have to order a diff steak. Then she said I could've gotten it if I told the server right then and there that I wanted it added as placing my order which I did, long story short she confused me with the you can add it you can't add it as she sounded confused herself but she said she would add it when I pick it up today. She also told me that she would arrive at 12 but would have a meeting from 12-2, and said she would see me tomorrow (my opinion) insinuating that I have to go directly with her for the meal replacement, I asked her if she can let another manager or the staff know about my issue because Idk when I would be there so she took my name and number and said she would. Guess we will see today, smh

The server was nice, it's just the entire dining experience continues to be lack luster at Red Lobster from its hey days. They have gotten rid of salad all together as a side for seafood entrees, which is sad and a bummer. The time before this visit I learned Red Lobster stopped purchasing cucumber and tomatoes when they still served salad. The presentation a plating is uneventful to me, especially since I've been eating here over 30 years. I go for the nostalgia, but k can def prepare my own seafood much better or dine elsewhere. The cost of the Ultimate Feast has gradually increased, yet looks more wimpy. The ambiance at this location had very dark lighting and I'd prefer it to be somewhat lighter.

Austin "AJ" went above and beyond. My party gave him a hard time and throughout the whole time, he remained extremely professional, upbeat and kept a smile on his face. For this experience with AJ we will definitely be back as well as refer people to his section when they go! Food came out popping hot and fresh!

Normally I would give 5 stars to my experience, but not this time. I ordered the family seafood boil!!! Let's just say this isn't something that I'd recommend to anyone. Each item tastes bland. The garlic butter sauce is simply butter with an excessive amount of garlic that more than likely is minced garlic from a jar. The lack of seasoning, consistency in flavor let me know that none of the items were cooked together. Simply tagging a title on a dish doesn't make genuine. I ordered two sides of sausages to include in my boil, they were fried hard. I also ordered the Cajun sauce, it's too greasy. Listen, the idea of adding to your menu is epic, but please enlist someone who knows how to pull it together. The biscuits are on.point as usual. Would I purchase this $100.00 plus item again? No! I will continue to patronize Red Lobster, but I'll stick to dishes that I know are excellent every time. Here's the thing, I read a review that warned against the seafood boil, but I said, let me see for myself. Hmm, I should have listened. The service was good as usual. However, I ordered online, but had to wait roughly 20 minutes once I arrived. Needless to say, my thought was, man this is going to be delicious. I was looking for the flavors to be as rich as your mussels, lobster, and shrimp dish. So disappointed!!!

My ladyfriend and I recently had dinner at Red Lobster (Dearborn Heights) . We went twice , different days,and each time we enjoyed it. The service was extraordinary (Carrie) store #124 The food was great. I had Wednesday's Surf and Turf special and had Cod on Friday, both at reasonable (special) prices It's very quiet there now with few people coming in but I believe they think you've closed. We will continue patronizing you I & G Dearborn Height

I'm so done with red lobster..! I was there the other day. I walked in and placed my carryout order and went to the bar and had a drink. It's been 25 minutes and I'm not thinking nothing of it, but then a couple came in. Ate their meal and I still have not had my carryout order. One manager a male said that they were working on it. This is 55 minutes from my ordering. Then another 10 minutes go by and a female manager said that they were working on it. So it took a hour and 15 minutes to get my carry out. Here's the kicker. My order was only A BOWL of CHOWDER and LOBSTER DIP. I wanted to see if they would take care of me because this is unacceptable. They did not the only thing I got was, we are so sorry for the wait. OK well that wait with no compensation is gonna cost you a customer. The food isn't that good anymore anyway. I would have taken a piece of cake or something. It didn't have to be a meal it could even have been an offer for l another drink and an hour and 15 minutes for chowder and lobster dip. Good bye Red Lobster. I just have been having too many issues with this location. The only saving grace is there Wayne rd location because the Plymouth location is not the best location either. Plus if I might add the vibe is not good. No one looks happy.
