Previous employee at this location, just quit Saturday (May 10, 2025.) I worked window and sometimes made drinks but primarily worked the drive thru window. I absolutely loved coming to work solely for a couple of my coworkers and mainly the customers. Outside of those things it was a nightmare working here. My manager (Krissy) seemed to be a good manager when I first started. We built a great relationship in work and outside of work. Right before I left out of town for my mother in laws memorial service everything changed. I was treated differently for no apparent reason. I brushed it off and continued work and just kept it as showing up for work and working. I cut a lot of outside work relationships off besides the very few I'm still very close with. The main issues I had working here were coworkers dropped food and still served it to customers, racial comments about customers, name calling about customers, the lack of just customer service that most of them don't have including the manager, always complaining that customers order anything at that location and the list goes on and on. Honestly they all need more training in customer service or maybe find a different job that isn't customer service, they are not fit for a customer service job. The girl Julie is a main contender of being rude which is why she no longer worked window when I was working. I'd constantly get complaints about how rude she is when taking someone's order or even if she worked the window on a day I wasn't working. I've taken scoldings to the chin for simply being a good worker and giving an extra item that may have been missed when order or even simply a cup of ice/water. And that's because Im great at customer service. There's a time and place to be rude and to people simply paying for things with their money is not the time nor place. And $13/hour is not worth the headache anymore. There's no overtime, no paid time off, no holiday pay (I've had to personally work a holiday I wasn't scheduled for and wasn't allowed to clock in) and the store from an inside perspective is just horribly ran. It really should be sold to new owners who know how to run a store and most of the staff need to be replaced (not included the couple I'm close with currently.) This is my rant about working at the worst job I've worked at. Save your money, time and stomachs because you could possibly be eating floor food.

You wonder why they have a 1.5 star ? Well they have the worst costumer service. Just this morning trying to get a coffee plus breakfast, not my fault the lady didnt add the coffee to my order so she wanted me to go all the way around the drivetrough and order it again. You're crazy then she screams from inside shut up because she thought I wanted a free coffee? Come on now I was willing to pay for it just get me my dang coffee. The black lady with the headset is the rudest at this location. Thank you manager with the hijab for correcting the issue. To the black lady with headset of you can't deal with costumer find yourself another job you should no longer be employed here at this location. Love Timbits. Just purchased a small box as a treat. They must have been made yesterday. I have had better from Kroger's in the markdown section. I realize they close in a couple hours but they should not have sold these. I tried to call. No answer disconnected.

This location is about a year old. There's a drive-thru and nice dining area. The service seems a bit slow but they always get me the correct order. Sometimes they're out of a certain bagel or donut but I'm not too bothered by it. I worked at a bakery once; sometimes things run out. The dining area is small but modern and comfortable. They tend to keep it pretty clean, too. There is a TV and fireplace if you want to cozy up with a book and a coffee, and a few booths if you come in a group. This is a Tim Hortons. You likely know what you're in for if you come here.

If I could give less I would food was horrible cold as can be donuts where wrong and they made us wait like 30 minutes for cold and wrong food don't ever waist your money at this location

Terrible location. The breakfast sandwiches were prepared wrong and they were cold. Both coffees were wrong. Even the hash brown was inedible. They could not give us a refund because the manager was not there. The employees are rude and either cannot do the job or choose not to.
