Today, I experienced the worst attitude for no good reason when pulling up to Wendy's. I seen a food service person coming from moving a car with keys in hand and her food handling gloves on going up to the door she grabs the door and walk into restaurant. (NASTY) I then drive up to the ordering screen and proceeded to talk with someone inside but her whole attitude was rude, disrespectful, she had no patience and I feel it was unacceptable that she had no professional courtesy whatsoever. I drove off and didn't order anything because I refused to spend my hard earned money anywhere that doesn't show any interest in the service they are providing a product for in customer service. I do not recommend anyone to buy anything from this Wendy's because they are unsanitary, rude and disrespectful. Please understand I think anyone would like to be disrespected nor be treated rude when they receive service from any company.

The customer service here is terrible the manager Cassandra is so rude and big backed. The food is always cold or they get your order wrong and get mad at you for wanting it corrected. This place should have been shut down years ago. They allow 14+ to touch the deep fryer which is illegal and I know because I worked there. They allow under 16 year olds to get up to 40 hours a week which is also illegal. There is favoritism and the people are just all around unsanitary they smoke in the bathrooms and tell customers the system is down. -1 stars if I could

This is the worst wendys I have ever been too. As a customer and a previous worker I can tell you they are not up to standard. The workers are rude, and ghetto and they always forget or get your order wrong then get mad at you for wanting it corrected. it's corrupted that's the only reason this place is open because they should have been shut down years ago. -1 stars if I could.

I hate this Wendy's customer service, and the food is always cold and not correct like you asked.. the wait always takes forever but I'm not surprised nothing but kids work there... those garlic fries were soggy and didn't have any garlic sauce on them. And my potato was not right I asked for garlic sauce on it but they said they'll put it on the side and never gave it to me I waited and they was walking pass the window like they were slow and the cheese was not melted idk what kind of cheese they put on there but I put it in the microwave and it was still not good. And lastly My nuggets were cold!

Ordered food through the Wendy's app and received a phone call from the delivery driver telling me that there was a long line at the drive-through the driver thought he was speaking to the restaurant. Then I received a second phone call telling me my food was picked up by someone and there was nothing they could do about it. They said I would not get a refund or my food this is the worst Wendy's restaurant I have ever dealt with I will never order food through the Wendy's app again or visit this location ever!

I was waiting in line at wendys which was talking a while but the person on the speaker was so nice and polite, it made up for the wait. He asked me about my day and that made me feel better to see someone that actually cares. As I got up to the cashier window it was a different person and it went well. When I got up to the front, the person that was hanging out my food wad him. He was so focused on making sure everything was right. He got my whole order right and told me to have a nice day, to also come again please. I felt so appreciated and I will definitely be coming again. 100% recommend this place. He told his name was Adam I will make sure to ask for him next time I'm there. Thank you wendys for showing you care.

This is the slowest location ever. I waited 20 minutes in line and another 10 before someone came on the speaker. Another 5 at the window to get my food and no one was friendly or apologized about the wait. I know everywhere is understaffed, but at least have team members who care and apoptosis customers.

Prices go up portions get smaller. Wait times are ridiculous food taste like crap! Will never go back, I should've known better going to a fast food restaurant. Absolute garbage!

This place is just ok. I gave it 3 stars because I did have to wait and it was Mother's Day and no one was in there. The cashiers was nice. Just looks like a bunch of high school students working. The place did look clean and remodeled. Just a simple place to get some food.

All the marketing in the world for Wendy's and 4 for $4 meal options does not make up for the poor service of this location. No ketchup ever or even the ability to give a receipt. Service is slow in drive thru and the staff is not pleasant. Always seems rushed even when the line is slow. Last visit I asked for my money back - can't provide me with a receipt and no ketchup at a burger spot. Topped off by my order not being correct. It's definitely not a great option on Telegraph. There is a halal burger spot not far away, Taco Bell and a Checkers in the vicinity.
