I thought the drive thru at the Taco Bell on Warren and Wyoming was slow. Ha! It's light speed compared to this joke of a place. It took like 20+ minutes to get two burgers and a small onion rings. And dude tried to send us on our way without the drink we ordered. I don't think they even started the order until we'd paid for it. I'll be it was because they get so many people LEAVING out of the drive thru after ordering because they're AGING so much waiting for the food. And my Whopper was cold when I finally did get it. Seriously, CLOSE this place down.

Well I went to this establishment with my family and ordered a normal meal and to my suprise when the food arrived I was missed several idems and upon mentioning this to a worker I was told to "sit down" and I got ignored for a good 15 minutes untill I eventually got half of my items that I was missing mean while workers in the back gave me dirty looks and comments and I hear lots of argumening and commotion in the back. This experience was really horrible and I will not be coming back. Also the ketchup packets were sticky and dirty

If I could give negative stars for this place, I would. This has got to be the worst Burger King ever! This is the second time I've tried to order from this dump and it's worse than the first time about a month ago. I was in the drive-through and they were two cars ahead of me. The person ordering must've been having some type of personal conversation with the staff because she was there for three minutes continuously talking. After she pulled up the guy ahead of me waited about three minutes and he still didn't get taken care of. I finally went inside and they were four or five people standing around waiting for their order and nobody was helping them. They seemed to be focused on the drive-through window. Staff was walking around like they were lost and didn't know what to do. No one was taking care of the counter. after a few minutes I walked out. I went to another location and was waited on right away.

This my last time at this location, it is bad every time. My first time here I experienced co workers yelling and screaming at each other. I came in for door dash order and the crew was smoking weed outside and on February 1st I ordered through the mobile app and when I arrived my food was not even being prepared. I waited for twenty minutes while others were being served when I asked about my order, they didn't pull, it was still sitting on the printer. I had to go back to work and never got food or my money. I registered a complaint through the app, it said someone will reach out to me in about 48 hours, and no one did.

I had to peel off the crispy crunchy outside so I would have something to eat. Who seriously cooks an egg this long and then serves it to a customer? Is it asking too much to just cook another? ‍

With my experience today, this place has definitely made improvements since I was here last and was one of the best Burger Kings I've been to. I came in today in the middle of their lunch rush. I was fearful that I'd be a burden with my coupon for a free chicken sandwich, but the awesome cashier cleaned out a full line of people in about 5 minutes it seemed. When it was my turn, I showed him the coupon, got it inputted with ease, and somehow I got swayed into getting some more food by his wheeling and dealing for showing me a new menu item. I waited for about 7 minutes for my food to come out. The two sandwiches were piping hot and I had largest piece of chicken I've ever seen for one of my sandwiches. I was incredibly pleased. What seemed to be the manager (gentlemen not in Burger King attire), was continuously rallying up his workers in the back and keeping them focused during the lunch rush. Everyone seemed to have a positive attitude and cascaded it to the customers in the store, especially to myself. Most importantly though....the Coke Freestyle was FULLY stocked with ALL flavors, a rarity for fast food places nowadays! To anyone who has been here when they were in a lull (which was myself included over the past couple years), please give them another try! They've truly changed. The King would be pleased if he walked in here.

Came to this Burger King maps says it's open. Until midnight I pass by at 1023pm and a staff member smoking on the entrance door said it's not open Restaurants really gotta update or get better staff that's going to work the right hours

There is a dark skin heavy middle aged guy there who literally yells at customers while taking their orders including mine.. you can 100% hear the irritation in his voice and can tell he's horrible at customer service. Would not recommend.. also this location has horrible lighting at night you would drive right on past it if you weren't from the area and didn't know it was a burger king there.
