The more I visit, the less I like this location. The workers aren't friendly (they don't even greet you when you come in) and they are pretty slow for a place whose slogan is "Freaky Fast". I'll stick to the one on the hill.

this location is the most unprofessional and rudest staff didn't even have the courtesy to put my sub in a bag and when I asked the man gave me an attitude didn't even acknowledge me just pointed to the bag I had to bag my own sub and chips what am I a dog to point at me

I am what one would call a Jimmy John's addict. I used to order so many that the delivery guy (home and work) and I were buddies. Of the many, many Jimmy John's I have been to this one is about average. The bread was perfectly cooked, and that made me REALLY happy. But the staff, speed, and parking were lacking Fortunately, because it's the holiday, there weren't too many cars in the parking lot - but it was still a little hectic. This parking lot (like many have mentioned) is insane. I don't know who developed this, but that guy needs to be fired from any future work. The sandwich itself was good, but lacked a certain "something" that I usually taste with the Jimmy John's. Maybe it's just because I haven't had one in a while (no JJ near me now), but I'm pretty sure that something wasn't quite right. Regardless, you'll still find me here when I'm nearby... this love affair isn't over yet.

I ordered a #9 Italian nightclub, no cheese or mayo & add pickle. When I got home and opened my sandwich there was only ham & cheese and no pickles. I took the sandwich back and they re-made it and when I opened it when I got back home all of the meats were off the sandwich and again no pickles.

Food is fine enough, but pay attention to the orders instead of messing around behind the counter like children. I said no mayo on one of the sandwiches and this was heard by the cashier, but somehow that information didn't get into the skull of the guy making the sandwiches. Less joking around and more paying attention would've been the difference between a happy and an annoyed customer

This place messes up my order every time. That's the only thing they don't fail at. Paid almost $20 for a sub and chips and delivery. They didn't bring the chips and delivery was 45 min. The delivery is very slow for a place that claims to be "freaky fast". I'm not far either. It's literally down the street. Idk why I even tipped. Kind of ridiculous.
