We are in town for three (3) days and was looking for a good place to eat that's close to our hotel. We ran across the Jimmy John's on Ford Rd. Wow, what a great experience. We had excellent service, a delicious meal and it was a nice dining experience. We returned the 2nd night for another delicious meal! Thank you to the Ford Rd. Jimmy John's team!

I just wanted to leave a nice review for this location - they had my 2 boxes of sandwiches ready within 10 minutes of my arrival right when they opened on a Sunday. Nothing wrong or exciting about this location. I always order the app, and they will let you know if something is out of stock for examples pickles. I always get pickup, and there seems to be a young crew their. While waiting for my order I e heard a few curse words. But hey anyway did get you Thru your shift They really like their lettuce here

I had a really good experience with this Jimmy John's location today. I had a last-minute lunch meeting and needed lunches very quickly. I only had about 20 minutes. The manager here was amazing and said he would take care of me and I would not be late for my lunch meeting. Within five minutes, I had a box of 12 delicious turkey sandwiches and 12 bags of chips. Fantastic! I will definitely come back because I love excellent customer service. Thank you!

I never use this location for delivery, so I can't really comment on that. But personally I wouldn't expect the delivery service out of this location to be that good. However my to-go orders are always ready and made well, so no complaints there. The food is good. Wish they still had sprouts. The employees must have a high turnover because I don't usually see any familiar people. My main gripe about this location is that they use way too much bleach in the mop bucket and who knows where else. The whole store reeks of bleach, and it's overwhelming.

Decent Jimmy John's placed in a strip mall by many corporate parks in the area. The staff is still attentive and fast as per their business model, but they can be a tiny bit messy in the creation of your order at times. Most clientele are people working at Ford or any of the other automotive or industrial engineering companies nearby. It's always really, really fast, so that's a huge plus when you want to grab something quick in between meetings. You have to get the Jimmy's Jalapeno chips to complete your order! I opt typically for the #7 (Ham), or the #3 (Tuna). I stick to wheat bread, which is sliced and thicker than regular sliced bread, but the white sub roll is always primo. The larger subs tend to have more toppings, they are not actually larger in size. 'The Slims' are just the meat and cheese without the veggies. This place is a staple in most college towns, so they like to bike to you when you get delivery, but I think this place definitely uses a car!

It seems that folks have had trouble here getting their orders right but I've never had that problem. I have to admit, I don't really order anything more complicated than a Pepe with chips and a pop so my orders always come out correct. The staff is also pretty fast which I appreciate since I'm usually in a hurry when I stop in. The 'wiches themselves are pretty standard Jimmy John's fare, meaning it tastes the same as every other location I've ever been to. As such, it's pretty good compared to other fast food options out there. This particular location is also clean and never overly crowded so it's an easy in and easy out without feeling, well, uneasy about it. Works for me!

Literally THE worst. I work near here so have ordered delivery a dozen or more times. The sandwiches are always sloppy and uneven. Last time I ordered was a few months ago and I was so unhappy with the food I stopped ordering. Until today. However this will be the absolute last time I order. I ordered a club box lunch, which comes with the cookie and chips. However when it arrived my total was almost $16 and I had been charged additional for the cookie and chips. So I called and talked to three separate employees, one who said he was a manager. After 10 minutes of holding, someone came on and said they would just refund my meal. I'm assuming because they said they would "void" the items and I informed them voiding on the register doesn't mean my card will be refunded, so will it be a partial refund? And they couldn't figure out how to do that. Then my beach club came with no avocado spread. Get it together Jimmy Johns. Lost a loyal customer who was spending an average of $30-40 a week at times!

Great sandwiches, but terrible service. The office is just a few minutes away from this location, so the office and myself were always ordering food from here. When we placed our orders for delivery, many of the times the workers are very unprofessional on the phone. While ordering, you will hear them talking to other people and cutting me off while placing my order. My main problem is with the delivery service. Their slogan is "Freaky Fast, Freaky Good," but that is very untrue. It has taken 45 mins to 1 hour for two sandwiches before. The first few times we ordered from this location, it was always fast and easy. But over the past several months, it's been terrible. That is why myself and the office have stopped ordering from this location. The last three times we ordered sandwiches, the orders were wrong. They mixed up all the sandwiches, and forgot to put avocado in the Beach Clubs. My last delivery experience, the delivery employee called me and told me that there were chains all around the parking lot and that she can't get in. I told her to keep going around, the next parking lot is completely opened. She huffed and puffed, and said "I did, nothing is open." So I told her I would come down and get them. She called me two minutes later, and said never mind I found an opening. She comes in, doesn't say hello, and says I don't know what's what. Here are your drinks and sandwiches. Her demeanor was rude and abrupt, safe to say I didn't tip her. Since then, we haven't ordered Jimmy John's.

This is typically my favorite jimmy johns location...today was a different story! I called and asked if I could have my order delivered to a certain location and the girl on the phone had the nastiest attitude. Whatever, I still ordered because I was really craving it. I ordered at 5:25...it's supposed to be "freaky fast" and it normally is, but not this time! I call back at 5:50 and the same rude girl answers and says it should be there in a minute...6:05 I call back and she answers again and puts me on hold...I wait a minute and then call back and again, she places me on hold...I call again and this time I say "you better not put me on hold again" and she says well we're busy with other customers(she wasn't she was just a girl with a shitty attitude trying to make things extremely difficult) I told her that it's been 45 mins and she corrected me and said it's been 35 so I canceled my order. Horrible service!!
