The bar for a good McDonalds is basically on the floor. So, when there's a really great one, it says a lot about the team. We all know we aren't making a wise decision when we visit "The Big M" but I like to be cradled and carried though my guilt as I proceed to ruin my chances of a good day, (digestively speaking.) The team at this spot was fantastic! The building is beautiful, updated and very "hipster." The wonderful lady at the speaker was peppy and happy, and kept up the momentum when I got to the window, even taking time to chit-chat about the beautiful weather. My greatest regret now is not even the food; it's that I didn't catch her name on the name tag. Visit the McDonalds at this location. You won't regret it, (at least not more than the usual amount of regret.) P.S. I only wrote reviews of bad Wendy's locations, but this place made me break that rule. It's that good.

ordered breakfast in drive through was told to pull around got to the first window to pay no one was there after a few minutes I pulled to the second window to be greeted by a man in a red shirt told me I could not pay there as I passed the first window I explained that I sat there no one came and cars was behind me he rufuses to take my payment I asked for the manager he stated he was the manager he would not take my payment nor give me the food my company eats here most morning we will not be back very poor customer service. he even came outside trying to intimidate me and called the police. he lost customers as well as wastes food that was ordered the worst I have ever experienced at this McDonald's. owner call me please

This location is terrible. I ordered a sausage egg muffin simple enough. I get to work and no egg on the sandwich but they charged me for what I ordered. I take it back and the give me another one. I get to work and the sausagen is burnt and the muffin is hard. I am so done with this McDonald's location on Michigan Ave near Greenfrield. That was my sign to never go back there again. They changed ownership and lost their minds with the foolishness. How do you replacement your mess up with something even worse. The 2nd sandwich was unedible and unacceptable. You deserve no stars. I got 3 items from this McDonald's: fries, a double cheeseburger, and a chicken Big Mac. All three of the items tasted like they were made the day before. The fries were not even room temperature, they tasted like the fries you found in a bag the next morning. The double cheeseburger was barely hot but when I tried to take the top bun off, almost half the bun stayed on the burger: bread was super dry. The chicken Big Mac, I didn't even get to complete it. It was falling apart in my hand as I was eating it. If you looked at the breading of the chicken patties, there were large portion of stale bread. Worst McDonald's I've been to in quite a while. I wasn't expecting gourmet food coming to a McDonald's but I also wasn't expecting to be given yesterday's leftovers

I've placed online orders here a few times. Every time I order a Big Mac with extra onions, there are not any onions on it!!!!' It's listed on the receipt but not on the burger. I placed an order the other day. The ENTIRE order was wrong!!! My fish sandwich had lettuce on it...didn't order lettuce. My Mac did not have the extra onions on it, as usual...no onions at all!!!!! My cheeseburger was ordered without mustard and extra onions. The only thing on it was ketchup. The hi-c orange was so diluted it tasted like water. I ordered it without ice...there was no syrup in it for flavor. I contacted the corporate office to inform them. I got an email telling me that they're sorry the order was wrong and thanking me for contacting them. I was hoping they would just replace the order on my next visit. Too much to hope for I guess. I don't know what happened to the staff at this location, but they do not pay attention to what they are doing and it's obvious they don't care. So very disappointed in this location.

The worker was so slow she was taking her sweet time and kept going past me and talking with every single worker in the McDonald's. It took her an hour and 30 mins for a medium fries and a whopper. Overall I'm never coming again you just lost urself a customer. The food was good just terrible customer service this is unacceptable.

I'm disappointed at the customer service at this Mc Donald's. We ordered 3 large fries and a four piece nugget. When we were saying thank you she did not respond and my friend says with a bit of attitude "okay your welcome" when she was pulling up and some how she heard us. So when we got back to the house we opened up the nugget box ready to eat and we find the whole box filled with ketchup. So we called them to complain and ask for a refund and she says that she can give us a refund but we have to go back to the store and we didn't wanna go back at 11 at night. So we ask to speak with the manager and she gets mad and starts yelling at us telling us the was the manager. We are now afraid to eat the fries because we think that they spit in them. Don't eat here. They are extremely rude from the employees to the manager. Disappointed
