You guys are sickening. You make me drink toilet water and try to curb stomp me everytime I come here. This place is disgusting. I got a glazed donut, but you didn't give me your typical glaze. This was stickier than what I usually have. It was whiter and thicker. Service sucked too. They tried to make me go to the bathroom and make me use a plunger and stick it up my butt for "pleasure".

Haven't been to this location in years, but decided to give it another try today. So glad I did! The staff was SO friendly and the service was super fast! I will definitely be back more often.

Sometimes I'll stop up here for a breakfast sandwich. The cashiers are flippant, with no personality or care in taking an order. Food takes forever to be prepared, which blows my mind because their eggs are cooked in advance and kept in a warmer. Slap two slices of cold bacon and a slice of American cheese and there you have it. I used to do this at Einstein's. It should take 45 seconds max. I pretty much hate this location. Awful, slow staff, lackluster food.

Do spend $9.00 for 2 egg and cheese biscuits at this location. You can go to a diner in the area and receive 4x's food for the same amount--also, it T.H. 10 minutes to make them. Never again! This was a huge mistake on my part!

This location has really turned it around over the past year. (Wasn't sure I wanted to tell you because I like the short line!) Caring polite staff, quick service! They're great!

One of the worst services I've ever experienced with Tim Hortons. They were out of every food item and were not understanding in what we wanted. All the orders were messed up. I asked for a bagel double toasted with cream cheese and they gave me one not toasted at all when I asked if they can fix it, they still barley toasted it and purposely gave me almost no cream cheese

I am a Timmies fanatic, for the record. That being said, this place absolutely sucks. Lukewarm coffee all the time. Hot tea but they don't know how to actually make it (hint: the teabag goes in before adding the water). Toasted bagel that you pay extra for it to be toasted equals untoasted, sliced in half and slathered in cream cheese. Appreciate the mound of cream cheese but that bagel is not only untoasted, it is stale as hell. Always. I work so close to this place its ridiculous. I drive west on Michigan Ave for a couple blocks past this place for decent Timmies. I have also started to go east on Michigan Ave for much better properly made tea (Harney and Sons Cinnamon!) at Biggby. That is sad Timmies. Really sad. I give this place the finger. Seriously. It is the Worst Timmies Ever™.

Why do so many people dislike this location? On my visit today I was met with two girls, one of whom was mopping and the other appeared to be busy behind the counter cleaning or something. They both paid me attention and waited politely on me until I was ready to order. (Today being a Sunday late afternoon). My cashier was pretty knowledgeable about the hot drinks and popular and less popular sugar-free syrup shots. Again I'm not sure if I was met with a great crew or what but my visit here was fine and my drink was inexpensive and good.
