This place is so cute! You order from a kiosk but we were greeted by the employees and offered assistance. I assumed the burgers were Beyond or Impossible but was happy to hear that everything was house made, even the "chicken." We tried both, a burger and the sweet and spicy chicken sandwich. If you're looking for comfort food this is it! Sooooo good! A traditional eater wouldn't know the difference... and they would be helping the planet! The employee who helped us was friendly and polite. They did a great job hiring here! Good customer service seems to be hard to find.

The staff was super friendly, our server helped us with our choices and gave us detailed information about each burger, the fries and desserts in order for us to make our choices. She even explained about the ingredients and what each item contained. It wasn't busy, so no waiting. Our food was excellent and tasted just like a BBq with bacon, we were very satisfied and super full. The sizes were extra large, so I could have shared my burger, fries were seasoned just right and my shake was superb. I like the fact, no dairy and it tasted so fresh, that you couldn't tell it wasn't made with milk! We will be back!

Ambiance: Simple and clean. Door may be hard to find but there are two entrances ( back parking and front street) Service: staff were quick and knowledgeable Food: I AM IN LOVE! At this point , I've tried their food twice ( Uber Eats and walk in) and both times food was fresh, and delicious. The texture of the Chik'n is some of the best I've had and I'm already craving another. The sweet and spicy was more sweet than spicy. The burger, delicious. I believe they use beyond meat which is okay but not my favorite. Overall, I crave this food and will be back!

My go to vegan restaurant in Dearborn. Their burgers are great and you probably would not know that they were vegan. The Unoriginal is great and my go to burger, their nuggets are great, they came out with some newer chick'n sandwiches that are pretty good too. They do have homemade kombucha to choose if you want to forgo having a fountain drink. They also have great shakes, and vegan desserts if you have a sweet tooth. The staff is always friendly and service is generally very quick too. The place is always clean and has a good vibe with a lot of friendly people. It is a little smaller of a restaurant but does have outdoor seating which is nice. For those people visiting Dearborn and on a planet based diet this is a must stop!

This was a first rate experience from the service, to the space, to the food. Service: I was immediately greeted upon entry by friendly staff. They asked if it was my first time, gave some background on Unburger's food philosophy and the ingredients they use, then gave me some excellent recommendations. They also asked about my dietary needs. I was handed my Lavender Kombucha draught while I waited for my food, which was to be cooked fresh as soon as I ordered. It took everything in me not to finish my kombucha before the food came- major yum alert! Food: SO, so good. Everything was hot, which I loved- came right off the grill! The unburgers are grilled to perfection, full of texture and flavor...simply delicious. Even the bun is yummy! The chicken nuggets were substantial and crispy. The ranch was good- not the best I've ever had (which is from Antonio's in Dearborn) but it was thick, cool, and creamy. And the fries? They were a YES for me dog! Hot, crispy and chewy, spiced. Plus, they didn't taste like any fries I'd had before, so they were unique without being too weird. The music was youthful and created a fun environment. Inside was clean and bright- the focus there is definitely food vs ambiance, but it worked! Go here. Tis good.

10/10! The atmosphere is beautiful at night. I love party lights in the evening. It would be a cool place to lunch as well. We spent a lot because we wanted to try everything. We limited our order to three kinds of burgers, nachos, nacho fries, kambucha, bumpy cake and chai apple cake. Everything was beyond our expectations and we can't wait to go back. It's about an hour drive and well worth the trip. The service was nice, offering cashless screens or placing our order with the cashier.

The Server was very inviting and helpful with explaining the menu. The food Was great, can't believe it's not real meat. It's probably better then meat if I'm Keeping it a buck. Good Ambiance they have a nice patio to sit on to eat. Highly recommend to our Vegan and non vegan friends.

I would've given Unburger a five, but they recently changed up my favorite burger, the BBQ burger and it was perfect the way it was before. They added more mayo, and it totally threw off the balance. Kinda disappointing when something you love gets tweaked like that. That said, everything else is still a solid five. The service, the ambience, warm and welcoming always. Seats are terrible though, sit outside if you can! However I've loved everything I've had there--the food is consistently delicious, and their ranch? So good. Still one of my favorite spots, just wishing they'd bring that burger back to its OG glory. 4.5/5.

I live two hours from this place but anytime I would come to town. I would come here to eat until today. I had a very horrible experience. One of the cashier boys tried to shorten me of my money and I didn't understand why that was gonna be his tip money anyway, but I will never be returning here after the service I got treat. The horrible part of even trying to find a parking spot is ridiculous and then on top of it being treated like that and being shorted my money I mean, he did fix the problem because I brought it to his attention right away and like the cashier tells you exact amount to give to us so that's why I was like he just tried to steal my money

We ordered via DoorDash and were not disappointed. The restaurant accepted the order straight away and it was delivered long before the time promised. Everything was properly packaged, hot, and the bag was stapled shut (which we always appreciate). We ordered the chili cheese fries and the sloppy chopped BBQ chik'n sandwich. The fries were a large portion smothered with chili and cheese - they cheese has a slight sweetness to it and a nice consistency. The chili with beans is pretty good. The sloppy chopped BBQ chik'n sandwich was really great when you get a little bit everything in one bite! The slaw is SO good! It provided the perfect crunch that was needed on this sandwich. Can't wait to try a few more things in the menu.
