This place has so many bed bugs it's filthy and embarrassing. The floor is so dirty in the rooms u don't even want to walk on the floor ! U will end up in the hospital like I did after this shithole . Very disappointed and sad I had to see such a thing

Absolutely one if not the worst place I've had the Displeasure of just walking in the door if I could give less than one star I would in a second I was in the room for less than five minutes was completely covered in flees before I even realized it!! I went back to the front desk and they said I could get a new room on the second floor!!! I told the man I wouldn't stay if he paid me and told him he should be ashamed to rent any rooms to anybody!! I left and picked all the flees off me and went to the Hilton by the airport!!!

Decided not to stay because it was unfit or get another room They didn't have another room Checked out within 10 minutes Called next day told the problem The lady kept getting loud and they refused a refund Long story short Don't go their they are ran down

This hotel is the best in Dearborn Michigan, It's the cleanist hotel I have ever stayed in and the staff goes out of their way to make sure ur concerns are taken care of promptly. I have been staying there for over 3 weeks n have nothing but excellent service from the hotel staff. The staff treat me like I am family to them and especially the maintenance person who is Morice will do the best he can for u and if he can't he still will do it. All the negative reviews people are leaving are false accusations towards this hotel

In the first room there were makeup stains on the sheet, sticky counters, curtains didn't close, and a dirty wet towel shoved in corner of the shower. Second room the keys didn't work. Third room the blankets weren't washed. The only reason we stayed was this super nice housekeeper who brought us to a room she had cleaned personally. All rooms smelled like mildew and cigarettes. Fourth room the air conditioner was unplugged and when we plugged it in it smelled and made the worst noise all night long. We were interrupted while changing because maintenance absolutely had to put a new chair in our room. I had to hide in the bathroom to finish putting my clothes on since he wouldn't come back later. We went through eight key cards because they kept dying on us. We tried to make the best of all of this but it put such an awful strain on our trip to stay in such a terrible, disgusting place for three nights.

I would not recommend there was glass on the bed and it cut my leg open the bathroom was discussing and the couch was broken and a lot of rude neighboring members fighting and a horrible view

THIS is the freaking crappiest hotel I have ever seen I AC don't work, lights don't work outlets never work. Dirty. Bad staff unhelpful filthy, bedbugs. This hotel is my worst nightmare.the breakfast is horrible and dosent even look good. The hallway is horrible and the rugs ugly. I never ever will even think about this hotel in my life.
