Came here for a yelp event and so sad I didn't know about it sooner!! This is a 6/5 stars! This was such an amazing sweets shop. They have ice cream, drinks, treats and thrills. They have so many different ice creams to try and many different agua frescas to drink. Everything is so refreshing. The elites walking taco thingy was so good. But the winner was the mangonada. I really enjoyed that the most. I will be totally willing to travel here once a month to support this place.

my gosh! I loved it. He loved it. We loved it & will be back... this was our 1st time in southwest Detroit! We had to partake. I was a kid in a candy shop. Lol bright eyed & happy looks. The beautiful, brilliant, friendly colors & flags caught my attention from the outside coming in. The staff was really nice & extremely helpful. My partner & I sampled every Aguas Frescas flavor (Refreshing fruit waters made fresh in-house). Complements to our attendant. I liked them all. I end up getting the Cucumber Lime + Chia mixed with strawberry! He got the Hibiscus mixed with pineapple. Those Tosti-Elotes were so good!! But i was so full after having the ferrero Roche icecream. It was wonderful. I loved how enthusiastic the assistant was when telling us about every product & things. I can see her passion and love.

Azucar Ice Cream y Mas offers a variety of sweet treats and savory snacks. Bright and welcoming inside and out, it is the staff that makes this shop a standout. They are friendly and knowledgeable, some of the best customer service I've experienced. My friend and I tried a couple different items: the tostielote reminded me of a walking taco. Flavorful chips mixed with street corn, served warm. The mangonada was sweet with a sour pop. Then the agua fresca, made in house fresh fruit drink, very refreshing and delicious. We each also had a scoop of their ice cream (they offer flavors they make as well as some that they bring in). The tequila flavor was different than anything I've tried before, topped with mango and a waffle chip, so good! It was my friend's order but she was kind enough to share. I also enjoyed the scoop of Nutella I ordered. I plan to return to try their other items.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Everyone working was super sweet, inside is super cute and super clean. Everything is made fresh and you can definitely taste that. The choco bananas only cost $1.25 and each scoop of ice cream comes with one topping! Parking is a little rough but that comes with the territory of the city! You can try anything and everything! Vanessa and Jessica helped us and they were so friendly and helpful. Honestly some of the nicest employees I've ever met. Lots of individually wrapped treats are available as well. Drinks, food, snacks, and dessert all in one cute place. I can't wait to come back and support this business and it's awesome to have such an authentic place like this in Detroit!

The staff!!! I cannot say enough amazing things about the staff. So friendly, patient and thoughtful. It was nice to experience customer service done right. They took great care to explain the items, the ingredients and answer questions. I thought maybe it's because I'm a yelper , but I watched as they interacted with others that were not and it was exactly the same. Tipsy peach ice cream was KILLER!! Omg... the biscoff mini pancakes are the stuff dreams are made of. This very cute cozy shop was exactly the little ray of sunshine I needed in this dreary Saturday My ONLY negative was their system did not allow me to add a tip for the purchases we made. With service that great please allow us to tip your hard workers!!! We went back to the car and grabbed cash for the young lady. Unfortunately I did not get her name .

Attended my first Yelp Elite Experience today at Azúcar Ice Cream y Más. The 2 ladies were so welcoming, nice, and knowledgeable as they explained the different items included in the tasting flight. Each item was absolutely delicious. The Mangonada and Agua Fresca were particularly delicious as neither was overly sweet and made with real fruit. I definitely enjoyed the experience! I will be sharing this with others.

this place was the cutest!! they have ice creams sweets and more they have snacks like hot Cheetos and Ramen noodles but fancy with cheese and toppings I got the elote equite corn chips with cheese. It was so good. I also got a mango ice cream called. mangonadas it had the perfect amount of sweetness and spice. They also had drinks there I got a mango flavoured one. It was delicious. My boyfriend got a coffee ice cream topped with Oreo and his mom got a berry cheesecake flavoured ice cream bar. it was delicious the vibes in there are very bright and clean. They have acute photo wall. They also have a claw machine for kids. they have some seating and the staff is super attentive. We got lucky when we went in. It was not busy at all. The weather now is a little bit cooler so this is good because we got VIP service. I'm sure they get very busy in the summer.

We came in for a Yelp event and my wife tasted through some of their other products and settled on some ice cream. I also tried a few flavors - and they were all great! She settled on the ferrero rocher and then a super cool flavor called bubulubu with like chocolate covered marshmallows and fruit jam (seems to be centered around the bubulubu candy bar). Free topping with each flavor you get, and tons of options available. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back!
