When I first arrived, I stood at the register for like 15 minutes, before the guy came out the back to take any orders! There have been SEVERAL times I've came and it seems like the guy working is in the back dozing off or something. First of all the dining area needs some serious cleaning, water and cigarette butts all on the floor, tables are filthy, and because the door is propped open there are flies everywhere. I asked for Ice Water and Pepsi with Ice, both of which were still warm when given to me. I had to ask for another cup of ice because of how warm the drinks were. Then when I opened the separate cup of ice it was dirty ice!! There's only one guy working and he only does one order at a time. There were several people who came and left because they were waiting for such a long tike trying to place an order. An earlier incident that I had is when the owner was there working, he claimed the debit card machine was down after swiping my card, which caused me to have to run to the ATM, however later on the noticed when I checked my account that the transaction actually did process (so basically I paid twice with debit & cash). I'm going to go back so I can take pictures of the filth, and unkept dining area. They have complaints about the unkept cooking surfaces

I went to Grandys (14th/Davison) to place an order and there was a ROACH on the counter! When I asked the cashier if that was a roach, she swatted it from the counter (between the fries and drinks), onto the floor with her towel and stepped on it. Needless to say I asked for a refund.

Just stumbled across this place (thanks, Yelp Iphone app) while downtown with a bunch of UM students. We had various lunch and breakfast items and unanimously agreed that the food was excellent. Although a chain, it looked to be a family-run franchise, and the family that ran it were super friendly with cute kids. The daughter asked us to post a review on Facebook, so I thought I'd put one on Yelp, too.

They are open late they have great food at a really good price. But there's one thing that drives me absolutely crazy and that's there drive through. I have been here a hundred times I always call my order in so it's ready when I get there. There hasn't been one time that i was able been to pick up my order at the drive through window . There's always someone sitting there waiting for them to cook there order. So they are sitting at the drive up window for ten to fifteen minutes doing absolutely nothing. What really sucks is when you try to use it but you get sick of sitting there for 5 minutes knowing your foods sitting there getting cold so you pole over and park there's no bam door on that side of the building so you have to walk around the hole dam thing. After all that the same car is still sitting there doing nothing. Its driving me so crazy I don't think i will be back until they learn to tell them to pole over until there foods dun they do it at fast food why not here because they don't care about there customers
