Service was fine and fast, but we had to throw our drinks away as they tasted just musty as hell, like the machine hadn't been cleaned and after after that, my son really wouldn't eat his food either, although he had some of his nuggets, but he said the barbecue sauce tasted old and off. I can't comment on the food personally because I don't eat here ever, as there's nothing on the menu vegetarian, but my coffee was fine.

I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. The management is a joke the workers are rude and lie through their teeth, and they get the worst people coming through at night.... some drunk dumb ass hit my car and ran. The next day when I was trying to get the footage for my insurance the manager told me he wasn't interested now I'm stuck with a $4,000 repair bill... I have multiple bad expenses here. From the workers forgetting my food and saying "We wouldn't forget food." to them making me wait for my order and making it wrong.... (some of these things happened on the same day.) This place needs to be shut down save yourself the headache and never come here.

i just spent 30 dollars for all of out burgers to come with nothing but ketchup and mustard plus we had to wait 15 minutes in line at the "second window " for a online order and were missing a burger get it together w.t.f are yall doing the only reason yall even getting one star is because app forces you to don't ever eat here l mcdonalds

The only good was most staff did what they need to do. One staff member however did not answer the drive up but responded after 5 minutes of Waiting the other window was served first. When I got to the window to pay the woman literally screamed because she was over worked, "it's supposed to be fast food" because according to her I didn't pay fast enough. This older woman had a red towel on her head and literally let out a primal scream a second time away from the microphone. I would have ordered more food but I sensed the hostile personality while ordering. I think this person is emotionally unstable and needs to not work with the public. I am concerned about the food being served to the public at this location.

New to the area and shame on me for not reading reviews first. They never get an order right and food has always been lukewarm in temperture. They forget sauce for nuggets napkins and serve sandwich as is even when asking for onions or cheese to be removed. That points to a lazy staff. I will never go here again. Fast foods costs so much more these days to not get what you ordered.

The food was crap. Ordered two types of chicken sandwiches and they were so dried out and disgusting. No one will answer the phone and I'm not wasting my gas to drive back there again. Please call headquarters if you experience bad service. Not sure what they will do to rectify the situation because they close on bankers hours. Good luck! I'll drive out of my way to get a better service and food. Oh and it was very unfortunate to hear this kid working the drive thru did not get his lunch break. I believe legally he is entitled to his break or should have been able to go home early. Don't expect an answer at 18201 Mack Ave. Detroit MI 48224 at the phone number 313-499-1121 to answer your phone calls. They don't. Have a pleasant day. Get to you local Wendy's or BK for better food and service.

Still the absolute worst McDonald's anywhere. Waited in line for a long time to order an iced coffee. The response was "We ain't got that." I then asked for a vanilla shake. Response: "We ain't got that either. No ice cream." They never have anything. We drove to another McD's and they had the iced coffee. I see their lobby is still closed as well. They wouldn't want to have to clean the tables and floor, I guess. What a joke this place is.

I really would like to reevaluate my review. I can't say that this place is 5 stars but I'm rewriting my review because the employees here have really changed my perception of this establishment. I come here because it's right by my work. And when I'm on a McDonald's budget, Starbucks just aint cutting it. The kindness of the employees and the concern and care of their customers has really changed here, I'm very impressed and I can tell corporate or management made a difference. Still expect a Long line...but you can tell everybody is very busy and they're trying their best, and in life... isn't that all we can ask for? So here's to you corporate good job keep it up.
