My most recent visit was 3/29/2020. Now I had been here a handful of times before then but this is what stopped me from going back. As I say at the peak of covid where there is little to no restaurants open,I walk out the store and see they are open. So I asked the 2 gentleman smoking outside the building are they open. 1 guy replies "dine out only" now I will admit maybe he had issues before with people MAYBE wanting to dine in. I don't see how when there is only 1 chair and no tables. But ok. So I go in and order and seen the trash immediately. Couple minutes go by and a lady realized I was waiting to have my order taken. She does and a couple minutes after the guys come in and walk right passed the trash. Wow!! Ok. Now the lady who took my order is telling the guy who told me "takeout only" who is also the delivery man where to take the next order. Now I here where he's going and it is literally a 5 minute drive away. This guy says "Tell her it will be 30-40 minutes i got something to do" didn't wash his hands,grabbed the food and i watched he drive off the opposite way. He had only 1 order! Smh. I was mad I used my card cause I wanted to leave. Now the food is good sometimes but with all thats going on this was unacceptable. Forgive me for the late review but a lot has been going on since 3/29/2020 a day I will always remember.

Newly opened, I decided to stop by after getting a flyer in the mail. Papa's is similar to other Michigan pizza shops (Papa Romanos, Pizzapapolis, etc.) in that it offers both sandwiches and pizzas. Papa's though goes the extra mile by offering ribs, fried chicken, as well as a wide assortment of deep fryer goodies (mac and cheese bites, fries, wings, shrimp, etc.). This is not a sit-down spot but rather and order and pick up. The staff is still being oriented on the technical systems and during peak dining hours, there can be a backlog in the kitchen. However, I have a very satisfying experience with the food and staff so far. The subs are large and full of freshly prepped ingredients and come with a side of fries ($9). The pizzas are a nice variation from your typical corporate chains like Domino's and Little Caesars. I'm looking forward to eating at Papa's more and trying out more of their menu. They have a diverse $7 lunch menu as well!

This place is great unless it's Christmas Eve during a snow storm and you get hung up on because you were merely wanting to maybe offer coming in to pick up the order since it had been over two hours since the order was placed. Which the extra time is completely understandable, 100%, but being hung up is completely unacceptable.

Have had a couple pizzas from Papas in the last couple weeks, and both were excellent. I think the crust was also very good, but it's hard to say, since my dogs got almost all of it (but they seemed very happy w/it).

According to their website they open until 12am. Placed my order online at 11pm and apparently they were closed. Called them back the next day to get my order since I paid for it. Employee insisted that i either called Hq to get a refund or place a new order and pay for it again. Like how hard is it for me to get my pizza?

Amazing food, very clean, and nice staff. Will be returning! We ordered the bbq chicken pizza and bbq wings. So much flavor and cooked perfectly. The wings were large and filling. If you haven't tried this place I suggest you do

Ordered from the first time today... pizza was pretty hood. Not the best I've had, but can't complain. We ordered bread sticks with the pizza, but they were very bland along with the pizza sauce that comes on the side. Papa's pizza should really sell garlic butter cause that would be amazing with this bread!

Decided to order some pizza on my way home from work today and saw this place while driving so I said why not try it out. I'm glad I did choose this place because their pizza is so delicious! I ordered a Papas combo which comes with their cheese bread and three topping round pizza and was amazed at how good it looked. The service was great inside. I would definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for great pizza and is in the area!
