I don't know why the good reviews but I did not like any of the food. Sorry just being honest. First to salty on all levels. No one was in line I ordered a taco and fries. Took 15 minutes kid you not. The taco had so little filling in it, it looked like a bird ran through and pooped on my taco.

Can't judge the food, but the service is pretty disappointing. Tried to book them for a company event, and if I could upload the number of emails and follow-up emails I had to send, you would be floored. We FINALLY got to the point of booking an actual date and time, but I could not pay for the event with the person I had been in contact with (Blaire) as only the chef could take payment (Hassan). Unfortunately, I contacted Chef Hassan numerous times to provide payment-- and he would not respond. Not once. Not even an "I am busy but will get back to you." Nothing. I just ended up canceling it all, because the aggravation was simply not worth it. Because of their lack of response and care, Drunken Rooster should just change their name to Dead Rooster and call it a night!

While my husband and I were looking for houses this food truck was in the subdivision! There was tons of people around it and of course we had to try! These tacos were one of the best ive ever had! I cant wait to see this food truck again!

Everything Chef Haas makes is delicious! Chilaquiles for brunch are my favorite! Sunday brunch starts at 12 during Sunday's in the summer.

These are some of the most unique yet traditional tacos I have ever had the pleasure of enjoying. The way they blend Mexican and mediterranean flavors on a corn tortilla fulfills both my desire for a taco, and my interest in trying new foods.

What can I say, the truck is amazing. Highly recommend the beef consuela, asking about the origin of how it came to fruition is quite eventful in its own. The pickled turshi and lebne definitely compliment the beef. The fries are "crack," Zatar on French fries is quite surprising to hear, but as soon as they hit your mouth they melt. Grab the fries loaded they do not disappoint, beef, lebne and Zatar is an explosion of flavor in your mouth. 10/5 would recommend this truck.
