This Tim Horton's is quite possibly the worst in the nation. Very rude staff, constantly out of everything (good luck ever getting a plain bagel). Employees behind the counter behave as if the customers are the biggest inconvenience known to man- one can't seem to keep her pants pulled up, either. Good luck waiting in line without being panhandled- an added bonus. Awful location.

Watch out Timmy Ho-Ho's downtown! There are outstanding coffee shops opening all around you who actually care about their customers. There are actual coffee shops opening all around you that have coffee ready and breakfast creations prepared for the early morning crowds. At much cheaper prices! There are actual coffee shops opening all around you that know what it means to smile at a customer and provide them with excellent service without interupting your disputes over schedules and personality issues. There are actual coffee shops opening all around you that have the inventory that is advertised! Watch out! You're not the only game in town anymore...or for very long in my estimation.

Staff is extremely slow. Ordered a large one cream which took 12 minutes to make. Asked about the order twice and twice the cash register woman rolled her eyes and never responded.

I wanted to try Tim hortons (I'm from Indiana-we don't have them). I just got a coffee, nothing else. Yet I was waiting for over 5 minutes? The coffee was nice because it was the only coffee I had that wasn't acidic/over roasted (is this a Detroit thing?). Yay for the coffee. May for the overall service/management.

This review is for Rick. I give him 5 stars for his professioinal attitude, Knowledge of how a business should be run and just for being friendly. This person definitely needs a raise or promotion. but then he would still have the problem of dealing with a staff that has a long way to go in terms of customer relations. Example, I asked for Oatmeal and the cashier asked the lady standing next to the oatmeal if we had any; without even looking she just said no. Dead pan expression not friendly. Luckily Rick was there and got my oatmeal. Most of the workers in the store have a dead pan expression on their face. Very slow, not friendly. Does it really hurt to smile and remember a persons name if they are spending money 2 or 3 times a week? Carl

This has to be the worst Tim Horton's I have ever been to. I love Tim Horton's coffee but this place is always disappointing. The coffee tastes burnt, the staff is always rude and pissy and they are always out of everything. The corporate office needs to know how bad this location is doing..

Rude staff. I went in this morning and ordered a small vanilla latte with an extra shot. The girl who took my order charged me $2.53 or something so I go to wait. A few people after me in line tried to order a cappuccino and a latte or something and one of the workers informed the cashier that the machine was broken/down. She didnt tell me me that after i ordered and paid. I wait probably like 7 minutes before asking someone if my drink was being made. She asked who took my order and I pointed at the girl who did. Okay...this girl was extremely rude! She was practically yelling "I didnt ring her up for a latte! I told her the machine was broken!" And something about a cappuccino was said too. I said calmly "I ordered a latte and paid for it I didnt try to order a cappuccino either". The manager[I'm assuming she was the manager] asked me what I wanted instead and I got a coffee. So I appreciate her coming in to help even though it was very busy. But yeah that girl had an awful attitude the entire time from the time she called someone for next in line up until she started yelling. I had even tipped her after she took my order and she didnt say thanks or anything. Coming from someone who worked at several coffee shops when I was younger I learned you should always smile, say thanks when someone tips you, and never scream at the customer even if you think they are in the wrong.

I always have horrible service here, and I whenever I order a bagel, I ask for it to be toasted twice because they barely toast their bagels in the first place. However, my bagels are never toasted, and today it took them 25 minutes to fill my order of a toasted bagel with cream cheese. They were filling orders that came after me, and I even asked when it would be ready and they just said "soon". I never have good experiences at ANY Tim Hortons, and the food is less than sub par. It's just unfortunate that this is what is closest to my work, and therefore only have time to go here sometimes. I don't know if Tim Hortons just doesn't care, but no matter which location I go to, it's all pure crap. I'm sorry to be so harsh, but that is my experience here.
