One star is generous for the experience I just had. We went in to ordered two lattes, one of which was decaf, the other was not. Waited 30 minutes to get these coffees. Mine was made COMPLETELY WRONG. I watched the worker put three shots of espresso in my decaf coffee. After she gave it to me I asked if it was decaf and she said "no" in a rude tone. As for the other coffee- she made the complete wrong flavor. Ordered vanilla and she put mocha in it? Did not offer to help me at all. So spent $13 for two coffee that were made wrong and wasted 40 minutes of my time. Don't waste your time or money please. I will never be going back to a Biggby.

I came in through the back entrance and was greeted with a filthy door, an overflowing garbage can, stained walls, a sticky, disgusting floor, only to approach a counter topped with so much clutter and disarray that it was no surprise the staff was struggling to get drinks out in a timely fashion. There was no organization, no attention to detail, looked like no one has cleaned the place properly in months. I truly wanted to set my things down and help the girls clean up because I felt bad for them!! This is definitely a management issue. The girls were hustling with no support. My coffee (small black biggby's best) was good. It always is. I love their coffee. But man, this place needs to be whipped into shape.

I ordered a simple Americano coffee with steamed cream. It was undrinkable. First, they left off the cream. I thought I could doctor the coffee up at home with my own creamer. Nope. The coffee was incredibly bitter. It was literally unsinkable. $4.50 wasted. Service was really slow and there was only 1 care in the drive through besides me. Not going back. This might be my worst Biggby experience ever.

Found a fly in my drink. Pretty disgusting. Also had to repeat my order multiple times because the person taking the order couldn't understand what I wanted. We got two drinks. One had a dead fly, and the other wasn't even made correctly. Would definitely not recommend. Very disappointing.

We ordered online for a quicker pickup from this Biggby location and it took over an hour for us to get our food and drinks. We had to remind the workers several times to make our food because they would forget what the order was/what to make. Never coming back to this biggby again.

this is east lansing's newest music venue. roll up and enjoy the oppressively loud music while you enjoy paramount coffee (the same stuff they put in hotel rooms) rebranded as a premium product. while paint peels from the walls, you'll enjoy screaming to your colleagues as you try to have a conversation. jam to the worst music of the 80s-10s while steadily going deaf. sorry about the all caps, but i'm writing from inside the cafe and it was the only way youd hear me.

Came in on the holiday and the drive through window staff was excellent. We drove in from Nashville to see the kids and wanted out turkey havarti bagels since we can't get them at home! As great as we remembered and the staff was excellent.
