This is my favorite pizza place. Cottage inn has the greasiest most unhealthy, but delicious pizza. Pizza is cheap and quality is good. Delivery is ok, but eat in if you can because these pizzas come out piping hot. Pros: -seating area -great cheap pizza Cons: -you have to walk up a flight of stairs

I ordered online and my pizza was taking over an hour to be delivered when it said it would be delivered in 30 mins. I called the store to confirm that my order was still coming, and the lady on the phone proceeded to cuss me out. Rude.

First off, I ordered a Small pepperoni pizza with 2 sides of ranch And a 2 L of Mnt Dew. I hand him a 20 in all rude attitude he said you need to check your building number or something like that and I couldn't hear him so I said I didn't hear you and he got into his car and slam the door. I get inside my apartment and I open my pizza and this is what I see it looks like he cut a piece off or something like that nature and I feel so uncomfortable that I don't even wanna eat it. The store I used was the one in East Lansing Michigan on grand river Ave.

They gave my door dasher the wrong order and when I called to ask if they still had my order they proceeded to be incredibly rude and tell me it wasn't their problem.

I ordered the gluten free veggie sandwich and can honestly say it was the worst GF sandwich I've ever had. Rather than using a gluten free sub roll to replicate the standard gluteny offering, they used a flavorless, tough pita-like wrap that was soaked in oil. It was inedible as delivered, so I saved the veggies for an omelet, tossed the faux pita, and will be cooking my dinner tonight.

Wow. Worst ever. Pizza came after an hour overcooked and cold. We usually love Cottage Inn but this was a nightmare. Yuck. Cottage Inn has reached out and tried to make it good. We will see what happens when we order a pizza tonight.

I usually love cottage inn. however when i took 2 minutes too long to come down 4 flights of stairs to get my order after it was already 15 minutes late it was apparently too long and i was sent this text: however the lady at the store was very kind about it and i usually have good experiences with cottage inn so i still gave 3 stars

Decent if you are drunk and get the $5 pizza late at night. Just barely better than a Little Caesars pizza. Of course, Little Caesars is the worst chain I've ever tried after CiCi's pizza.
