I order here a lot as an MSU student and it's really a hit or miss with the quality, it depends on the night, I've had some pizzas have really good bread and some have really hard bread. But it always does the job, this past Thursday I got the stuffed cheese crust pizza and the quality was really good, and then also got a normal pizza and quality was ehh. Delivery is also both ends, sometimes fast and sometimes at most an hour.

OMG, possibly the worst pizza I have ever had. We ordered an extra large with butter crust, pepperoni, and bacon. The crust was bland and over cooked in some places. There was no bacon. The sauce was sour. It didn't look bad when we opened the box--bit we were dead wrong. I had one slice, my spouse could only manage half a slice and then we threw the rest away it was so bad.

This used to be the best tasting dominos ever. We would always get it when went back to visit the campus. Last time was awful. Ordered half cheese/half pepperoni for delivery. Delivery was late. Requested no contact delivery. Put a note on door asking not to ring bell because someone was sleeping (left tip in envelope on door). Delivery driver didn't ring bell but knocked, asked for his tip...umm right in front of your face. Pizza burnt, and I mean the bottom was black. Called the store and spoke to someone and asked for a refund. Person on the phone was kinda rude. I wanted to say, this passed your quality check stage? But trying for good karma

The service of this place was excellent; with the quantity of orders they were receiving at this time, they earned us that the wait might be long. We were ok with that, as we really wanted some pizza. This was a great atmosphere to wait in, the music was great and the workers were honest and kind. We visited here on Saturday, March 16'th at 2am. I did not get their names but the workers working at that time definitely deserve a good raise or at least time and a half pay during these hours as the customers during this time can get quite rowdy and demanding.

manager literally is insane. i called to ask about my wings that didn't seem cooked all the way and he lashed out, swore at me and hung up 5 times. never asked me any questions about my order or showed an ounce of care. this place is horrible. manager is even worse, total d bag.

**Update just moved away from the area and ordered dominos from my local place and it was Awful omg why I am back here is because after two other dominoes interactions I Miss this location now!!! I guess you dont know what you have until its gone! This location has been so awesome and I really hope to find a dominos location near me with the same team! I can't believe the difference in two stores keep up the great work at this location guys for real!!

I was disrespected so bad by the manager Shawn at the larch location I feel he need to be tought what customer service is or let go. I order 1-2 times a week and spend alot of money for it to continue to keep getting messed up I will not deal with this I can't get threw to someone who can help

Contrary to other reviews i have read before deciding to order from here, i decided to give them a chance. And.... I love this location! They deliver their pizza super fast and it is delicious every time. The last time i ordered from here, it was 25 minutes before they were closing and my pizza still came right on time like they promised! It is so nice to be able to see the status of your order online and know that people are working extra hard to deliver you the hand crafted pizza masterpiece that it is. This domino's is way better than other locations i have ordered from and i will definitely be back!

This location is very bad. Dominos is also failing with their ordering via the app. It will tell you that the pizza is ready and when you come to pick it up the staff look at you like you have crabs coming out of your ears. I would think that a location next to a college would be efficient, but not this one. Take your business esle UPDATE...Some claim this issue is due to the app, but even if that's the case, that's part of being a franchise. It doesn't matter what the cause, it still makes Dominos look inept. Period.

Management is awful, would not recommend to anyone. Driver did not even knock on door, attempted to call and then just left with our food and marked order complete.
