The workers here are well-trained. They are friendly and quick! Online ordering and delivery was awesome--I think we received our sandwiches in less than 10 minutes from when we ordered them, and the order was correct. My go-to sandwich is the #5 Vito, basically an Italian sub that I order with delicious hot peppers. The parking lot is small and not the best (watch out for traffic on Harrison).

They have a guy distributing food to people who was literally stuffing garbage bags with trash minutes before with his bare hands. He then went directly to handling everyone's bags and sandwiches without washing the same bare hands in front of everyone. None of the other workers didn't care, which makes me think it's the norm there. Gross.

What I believe to be the manager was clearly in a horrible mood. Taking chunks of bread out of the roll and throwing it down! I love the bread! Not sure why she would have done that. It just wasn't my normal Jimmy John's experience!

absolutely horrible service from this place. i ordered a TOASTED sandwich at 10pm and it was delivered at 12:07am and not toasted. in fact it was so soggy it fell apart. the bread was no longer bread. it was mush. this is disgusting. they closed at 12, so i couldn't call for a refund but will be tomorrow. this is yet again a HORRIBLE experience and literally everyone involved should be reprimanded

I placed a delivery order at 3:35p called twice because i still haven't gotten the order. The final time I called was at 4:50p. Then he made the decision to void my order. I told him I still wanted my food but he said I would have to re order. With this Jimmy John's, don't order delivery if you're expecting it to be freaky fast. The attitude of the employee I was talking to was uncalled for.

Manager was absolutely insane and screaming at the top of her lungs. Talked about how much more money she was going to make than us. Stopped making our subs halfway thru and just came in screaming at us for no reason. The manager doesn't even work she just sits in her car outside too cuz she's a lazy asshole

Normally they have these super savvy credit card readers...Apple pay, tap to pay, chip, slide card reader etc. Mine just wasn't working that day I guess. I had problems cashing out but my sub was still super fast! It took me longer to pay my bill than it did for them to make my sub.
