Store is ran by a bunch of teenagers, food was cold and some was raw and not edible. Placed order online Little Caesars not DoorDash etc.. had a pick up time to get there in stand in line another 15 min after my pick up time. Called back to store to talk to brandy manager on duty and was told that in order to get a refund I had to come back up to the store when I paid online so why she couldn't do it over the phone I asked and she was very rude. I asked if I come back can I come straight up to the window and she tells me we busy.. so that meant I had to stand in line again. Never ever again will I go back to that location. She called me back before I left home to tell me she talked to her general manager and he said since I order online I had to request a refund online. Little Caesars app doesn't have a spot to request a refund. My husband took the stuff bread back anyway to show Brandy all for her to say OMG it is raw... Still no refund, my children and I would've been very sick.

This store is well kept and the workers are polite and professional. My visit occurred during the COVID 19 CRISIS, I was pleased to see the employees wearing their face masks and there was a person cleaning the glass counter/window. I will be back.

I finally took a chance to return to the Little Ceasars in Clinton Twp for my pizzas, bread and wings. The store changed. New co manger. New assistant manager. Store was finally clean. Friendly. Food was finally warm and good. Been patronizing this store now for 10 months. So so so very disappointed. Walked in just on Saturday. Seemed off. Was dirty. Took 30 min for a hot and ready. Girls at cash register just giggled. Not friendly. One girl started to fight with a unhappy customer. Returning a pizza. I finally asked to speak to the young man. That I knew was a co manager. I was informed that Little Ceasars. Fired them. Due to them being friends. Seriously? Guess Little Ceasars isn't American. They had good employees. Took pride. Anyone that paid attention to that store. Could for sure see the huge improvement. Shame on little Ceasars. If a customer could see the improvement at this store. Im sure they did also. So this company wants good co employees relationships. Yet if they do things together outside of work. They get fired? So I guess u can't even be married or in a committed relationship with anyone. If u work for this company. How sad because within such a large corporation. You darn well there are people employed that are married ect. Im sure they get around it calling it a Company policy or something. Im sure its not a Michigan law and unconstitutional. Shame on Little Ceasars. Guess im going back to Hungry Howies. Just bummed as it was on the end of my street. I ordered many pizzas for our public/private and family functions. Ill boy cot. Controlling peoples lives outside of the time clock. So un American.

I use to come here alllll the time. I would call it in and run down the street and pick it up and leave. Never once had a complaint and in fact loved the pizza. One day driving home thinking of dinner I looked up and seen pizza. So I made a beeline (if you know this area you know that's a nono) and pulled in. Just my luck it was crowded but all in there had ordered. I'm greeted as always,make my order and had a seat. 10 minutes later a lady walks in and I offer her my seat cause my pie should be ready soon. As I go to stand next to the glass where you can see them making pizzas, I see a young lady with no hat or hair net and a very wild like weave in her head. Then i look closer and with no gloves she's digging in all the toppings making pizzas. The cashier says order... for James! Smh. Yea this was my last visit here. Nothing was wrong with my pie but just the thought.

Little Caesars is a low priced easy dinner fix. Don't come here looking for high quality meats, cheese and sauce. Come here for what you are going to get. Low priced pizza with decent toppings. I am a food snob. I love good food. I love good quality. I love good ingredients. My wallet cannot always support this love of food. On those occasions my family will indulge in a ever so poular hot and ready. For five dollars you get ten slices of hot pizza. This sounds horrible as a read it through but it is my truth. Little Ceasers will get you fed and full The end.

Placed an order, they forgot an order of Crazy Bread. Decided to try the "Loaded Crazy Bread Bites", they are tough, super chewy (not in a good way), they forgot the Jalapeño slices that come with it and the worst part - they are topped with "Picnic Ham", not Bacon. It is often used by businesses in place of bacon because it's similar in flavor. Pizza wasn't bad for a quick fix. The young lady that took my call in order was kind, as was the one at the counter when I picked it up.
