Gross place. Nasty food and the drive thru takes so long. Minimum 45 minutes with 1 car in front of you.

I put a mobile order in at 10:30. I get here at abt 10:35. I'm at the drive thru speaker steady saying hello, nobody is saying anything. I pull around to the pick-up window, and a young man comes. First thing he says, "we making your order now." I say are you guys open? He says, "yes." I tell him I been at the speaker for 2 min and you all aren't gonna believe what he said next. This young man said, "nobody has on a headset." How the heck are you all open and "operating" bt nobody is wearing a headset. It is now 10:50, and im still sitting here waiting on my order. Arbys food isn't the issue, it's the employees. I won't be coming to this location again. ​

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I love Arby's but this is a trash ass location and the person working the drive thru had a very rude attitude. How this location is still open I'm not even sure, but I will absolutely be reaching out to Corporate. My Chicken Finger looked and tasted freezer burned, fries were cold and clammy, and the Classic lemonade that I specifically said I didn't want (because I didn't want something as sweet as it is) was given to me. When I mentioned over the intercom that I wanted the fountain Minute Maid lemonade, the person taking the order said "do you want Classic or Strawberry", I said "neither, I want the minute lemonade from the fountain", with an attitude he said "It is, do you want classic or strawberry?" As much as I eat at at Arby's, I know the difference between your lemonades. My point was made when I pulled up and got my drink in the clear cup. Yet this person insisted he gave me the correct lemonade. My mother got the correct lemonade in her normal white small Arby's cup so I'm not sure where the disconnect was. Had I been driving, I would've turned around and returned to confront this person. This is truly a first world problem, but there was a reason I asked for the specific drink I asked for. $20 down the drain for this trash ass food. I'll stick to my normal location. My mom's corned beef didn't taste cooked. Hope she doesn't get sick. Do yourself a favor, DON'T EAT HERE! This location needs to be shut down. And ol' boy is lucky I wasn't an Arby's Executive, because this would've been his last shift.

This location closes whenever they feel like it. The company website says that they close at 12am. I pulled up to the drive thru at 10pm and sat there for 10 minutes and no one ever said anything on the speaker. I drove around to the window and the person there made eye contact with me and walked away before I could even stop to ask her to confirm the hours of operation.

First of all, I love Arby's. I will never turn my back on it. I've never really had any issues at this location. Staff is friendly, food usually comes out quick. Usually food is fresh. However, the new cheesesteak -- terrible. Don't order it yes I know it's fast food & I don't expect them to have authentic cheesesteaks but they really missed the mark on this. Barely any meat, too much aioli, no peppers, looks absolutely nothing like the pic. & for $10? I'll stick to the beef n cheddars & sliders.

Slow drive thru I could of went inside and make my own food and all 5 people in the drive thru order faster then this 15min wait and don't blame it on the Corona then they have crazy talking kids taking you order people have to talk Twice or more to get to order through

I waited 10 minutes to order at drive thru; and now I'm sitting outside waiting another 10 minutes for them to bring one single sandwich. there's no way they could call this fast food they cannot even call this convenient. I sit and wait 10 minutes on my sandwich they bring it out to my car and yes they put mayonnaise on it when I specifically ordered and said no mayonnaise. now I'm having to wait again probably another 10 minutes for my sandwich. I've spent 30 minutes at this place and I still have nothing to eat all I have right now is bad feelings and I will certainly never return to this location. and I will certainly never return to this location Arby's please get a emergency management team in here quick if you ever expect to have customers come back a second time. there's no reason for anyone to ever wait this long on any food I don't care what it is there's no reason for this. Even the lady ahead of me who was waiting in her car has now gotten out and gone into the location because she is just as disappointed as I am really really really through with this location henceforth

This is the worst worst worst Arby's ever I would never ever in life go back to that Arby's for one I waited in line for over 20 minutes Then get my food is barely any meat oh my gyro and I told him no tomatoes and they still put tomatoes on my food I guess to make it look like I had a lot of meat. I will never come here again never go there again worst Arby's ever they need to be close down
