We order for our after-school program called Developing K.I.D.S., located at 24230 W. McNichols, and from time to time, we make personal orders. Each time, the service was great. The staff is friendly, and so is the owner. The participants loved the pizza, and when children like pizza, you know it's a hit. Thanks.

Food 5/5 Ordered 2 cheese slices just to give the food a try. My slices were made fresh to order and came out hot and glistening! I had no expectations, but I was pleasantly surprised by the size and presentation of Detroit deep dish squares. The pizza was coated with garlic, Parmesan and butter, ouuuuweee! Service 5/5 Welcoming and professional. I met the owner and chef, Nick who was very kind and friendly. Napoli is reaching its one year anniversary on November 1, 2025, and I am so happy I found this restaurant on a whim! I'm telling everyone about this place. Ambiance 4/5 Clean and bright with a television and seating to wait for your carryout order. Give Napoli a try and you will not regret it! I'm going to return to order other items from the menu...I'm too excited!

I'm sorry to say that we did not love the pizza. Much pricier than the competition at approx. $18 for a large round with pepperoni. The cheese and pepperoni were very good, but the amount of dough used for the crust was not appealing. For a new owner, we hoped it would be slightly less expensive than the former owners, and not nearly as doughy, but I was wrong. We ended up eating about half of each slice and threw out the rest. Unfortunately, we will not be returning. Especially when we can get a better tasting pizza nearby for about $10. My guess is that it's going to be difficult to build a new clientele, based on price and quality. Redford is not Bloomfield Hills and I would not spend this amount of money again for what we received.

Naolis Pizza Redford. WORKER INTEGRITY AFFECTED THIS SCORE. The pizza had potential but was not made as ordered. I only gave 4STARS because I ordered a Spicy pepperoni (small cupped pepperoni) deep dish pizza and the maker put a mix of regular, spicy, and deli style on my pizza then when I asked he told me they were the spicy ones when in fact it was a mix (that i didn't request) That one action alone will keep me from returning because I feel it was done purposely. But had he made my pizza as ordered this would have been a 5 star review and I would have been a new longterm customer. To bad people put games over professionalism with new customers.

Was pleasantly surprised Napoli was reopened and the pizza is great now! The deep dish crust had a nice crunch (the feta spinach bread, yum) and the hand tossed round was really flavorful with plentiful toppings. Maybe a tiny tiny greasy but hit the spot and I did order parm crust so that's on me. Did I mention they have real ranch?! Also loved the Greek salad. It was fresh and had a lot of feta & olives which a lot of places skimp on. Door dashed so not sure about anything else but this will be a go to now.

my husband ordered bacon, feta & banana pepper pizza he said it was the best F***ing pizza he has had in a long time. They didn't skimp on the toppings, customer service was great & they were fast. We will only be ordering pizza from Napoli now. A+
