I love the pizza, but I think letting door dash in on things is a bad idea. We ordered food and the pizza came slid to one side of the box.

If zero stars were an option. This is the second time we ordered and the food quality is just absolutely shit. Bread not cooked all the way, the subs were just thrown together with no care. We hoped the first time was a fluke but had the same issues. This time, we order through the app for delivery and cash as payment and they sent a Uber driver that claimed not to have cash. Do better

I had a flat bread pizza for the first time and it was great. But I love Hungry Howie's soooo... lo

I dont think I will ever get a pizza from them again. I ordered a medium pizza and a 3 cheese bread for almost 15 dollars and was not worth the wait or the price. The bread was definitely not worth the 7 dollar price tag and the pizza was undercooked. I also asked for extra sauce and got barely any sauce on the pizza. Overall It was a terrible experience.

10-31-2020 11:10 P.M. Hungry Howie's just lost a 40 year customer... Will never again even think about ordering from this place. Only half of the pizza had a right amount of cheese on it. The other half had almost no cheese on it. The whole pizza had a very thin layer of sauce. That was burnt during the cooking process. I called Hungry howies immediately. A Halloween recording played. Then I was on hold waiting for a live representative for two minutes. I explained to the lady that answered the phone what was going on. And that I was standing in front of the pizza. Taking pictures as I was speaking to her. Just in case the manager would like to see them. The next day because it was late at night. I was put on hold and when she returned. She was very rude explaining. Every time they put a deep dish in the oven. The PIZZA PAN hits the METAL of THE OVEN. So half of the cheese falls off of one side of the pizza and Burns in the Pan. THERE IS NOTHING HUNGRY HOWIE'S CAN DO ABOUT THE CHEESE. And if we eat hungry howies then we new that. I told her, if I knew I was going to get cheese on only half of the pizza. I would have never ordered it. She puts me on hold again. At which time I gave the 4 pieces. That did have cheese on it to my children. She came back asked me if I wanted her to make it over? I told her I just gave half to my children. So I was like either a smallie are one remade. Or half of my money returned. He put me on hold in came back and said that since I already ate half of the pizza there's nothing they could do. I asked if she stands by that Decision in the product that I waz given. She said yes. I asked her if she was a manager,? she said no. I ask her if I could speak to a manager. When the manager came on the phone. I EXPLAINED EVERYTHING!!! Even this fact that I just given the children. Half of the pizza WITH THE CHEESE because they were hungry, it was late, & this lady KEPT PUTTING me on hold. He was very rude. Telling me that there is nothing wrong with my pizza. And since I already give the children half of the pizza. There was nothing he could do. And IF I REALLY JUST NEEDED SOMEONE TO TALK TO. I should just call corporate. Obviously this pizza was prepped hours before they put it into the oven. That is why the pizza sauce that was not covered by cheese. Was completely dried in burned. And the dough was grossly over proofed and sour. I did not ask for a whole refund or a whole pizza replacement. I only ask for either half of a refund or a small deep dish.

Well finally got back to Michigan. Wasn't this store but was out in Marshall. At a small truckstop. Was just as good as I remember It. Way to go guys. Delicious. I still wish you would open a store in Springfield, Missouri. The boneless wings were real good too.
