Bacon milkshake - has such high expectation, was incredibly let down. would not recommend buying as it did not taste like bacon at all. that was chocolate im convinced. did i drink the whole thing? yes. did i enjoy every second of it? no. did it taste like bacon in the slightest? also no.

The food is tasty but I am really disappointed with the level of customer service at the Greektown location. The employees do not consistently honor listed store hours which can lead to some pretty disappointing wasted trips. The last time I visited I was aggressively denied entry 20 minutes before closing time and refused service simply because the staff wanted an early night home. Great location, great food, but the staff needs serious customer service training before I'd consider spending money at this location again.

A busy place. The food is just as good as the one's we've eaten at in the States. Our only complaint is with regard to the dinning area. The have one large community table. Most people do not wish to eat at a table like this. The table should be replaced with three to four, 2 and 4 persons tables. It would allow for more people to enjoy their burger experience in comfort. Should a larger group come in, the tables could be pushed together. Besides that, a good place to it.

The food was not good and we are all sick after eating there dont patronize it. The place was super dirty and the pop was not good it was so watered down it all tasted like soda water

If I had to use one word to describe 5 guys it'd be: meh. Very over priced. Very slow unbelievably unorganized staff. (This place has been open for a while no excuses there) have to buy fries seperate for a hefty price for what bags of potatoes cost....after waiting for so long for our food I left as soon as I recieved my food I forgot to remind the worker about my 2 milkshake. When I kindly reminded the worker he never gave me my milkshake he rudely replied saying yes I know I'm making it right now. (which he 100% wasn't) skip the dishes walk in while your ordering? Have fun getting automatically bummed to the very back of the line while they make every delivery item while paying customers back up to the door.

I love 5 Guys from the USA. London Ontario on Wellington road is very good. The Windsor location is terrible. They do not know how to cook the burgers or fries. Their communciation skills are poor. Never going back to the Windsor location.

Yelp wont let me give negative stars so 1 it is!So lunch at 5 guys today.....Cashier was rude, rolled her eyes anytime she had to speak [rolls eyes] " what do you want on your hot dog? [ rolls eyes] and your drink?. Food looked terrible..... why does the bacon look like a BLACK lump on the bun? The hot dog they tried to serve me looked like the ones 7-11 throws away for being over cooked. After trying to serve me something that i am not sure is even edible at this point, and the milkshake i ordered cant be made since the machine is working ( which is fine i'm ok with that reason) The problem is...while i stood there and waited for it nobody wanted to tell me or talk to me at all because every employee played a really good game of " don't make eye contact with client so its someone else's problem" even when we said " excuse me " they just stopped talking to each other Finally after a 3rd loud "excuse me" one employee finally looked at us. So i asked for a refund,which meant i had to explain why three times.The final person I explained it I assume must have been some kind of supervisor..... they debited my refund and when i get home i realize they shorted me 7 bucks.... cant even handle a refund.
