Walking there in a hurry to use the washroom first I can imagine my surprise when I found myself with zero toilet paper, not even a dispenser not even the toilet paper dispenser available when I spoke to the supervisor they act like they have no idea so nobody even checked the washroom that day

I ordered two Big Mac combos on Uber eats they only gave me the Big Macs and drinks no fries they are always missing something like last time they forgot my large sprite please don't order delivery off this place they never get your order right 10/10 would not recommend there staff are also super NOT FRIENDLY

Monday to Friday first thing in the morning the service is great. Saturday & Sunday is another story. When the regular staff (that's working during the week) is off and the part-timers are in the place runs at a glacial speed. So, unless you've got an extra 40 minutes to burn in the drive-thru I wouldn't even bother trying. And believe me I have given them the benefit of the doubt over and over every time it's the same. I end up frustrated and upset because once again I've wasted a good half hour of my life sitting and staring at someone's license plate. To be fair there are a couple of very hardworking people that obviously deserve the credit for keeping the lines moving as to the rest of the staff that like to laugh and fool around please consider that some of us are working and don't have time to waste.

Although the physical environment is pleasing, the quality of the food is a huge disappointment. The cheeseburger happy meal was a disappointment. The burger was cold, cheese not melted and found a hair in the burger. The waffle fries ordered had more regular fries than waffle fries in the container. Coffee with sirop was mediocre. Will not return.

I've been coming to this McDonald's since I was a kid, and it has definitely changed over the years, which is a lot. The play place has definitely evolved from the '90's, and so has the café itself. Since moving back to Windsor, I've come here a couple times for a geocaching event and a quick brunch with my boyfriend. With the installations of the self ordering, I skipped the line to order, and did my own order. It was very easy and simple, you can modify your order, what you want on it, etc. Last time my boyfriend and I ordered, we ordered cheeseburgers with coffee, fries and a pop. Our receipt printed out with our order number on it and we waited, not long, less than 5 minutes. The café itself wasn't very clean, could've been cleaner but it was okay, we just sat down in a booth to eat our food; and that was pretty standard for cheeseburgers, and your standard coke and fries; but I do have to stay for coffee standards, McDonald's has one of the best coffees you can get for a big corporation, better than most of the competitors. With all the renovations, updates to the system, and more selection in food than ever before, McDonald's is a standard in North American society and this location does just that. I am more than likely to come back to this location for a quick bite to eat or a coffee.

Saturday night this place is a mess. No napkins. The pop area looks like a bomb went off. There are table still left uncleared. Supervision is surely lacking on weekend nights.

Today honouring McDonalds 50th Anniversary in Canada I went to buy lunch for my parents ages 87/89. I had seen a promotion on Facebook and shared it with many people. When I got there I was told that I could only buy 3 hamburgers at 67 cents. I asked to speak to the manager and was rudely received and when I wanted to share pics of my parents eating McHappy meals in happier times I was rebuked. I asked if I could take a picture of them refusing me and was told they would call the cops. My brother has sponsored a room at Ronald McDonald House for years and retrofitted their whole complex. My 89 year old Mother knits 100's of hats every year for families of Ronald McDonald House at her own expense and time. We deserved a break to day at McDonalds and this is how they treat veterans in a nursing home . . . . Where have you gone George Cohen and Ray Kroc
