Please TURN THE HEATER ON, please. It's too cold inside to stay seated. I couldn't finish my food, because it was too cold inside. Pasta starts at $31. It should be enough to up 3~4°C... Please don't save money on the wrong things. Good food, but I will just do pickups only from now on.

I went here for dinner after a wedding rehearsal and the staff and the food were outstanding. Parking was a little small and hard to find but when my family and I got into the resturant, we were seated very quickly and the staff was able to move the seating arrangement so everyone was together. We had a family style meal when I went. The food was amazing. Each dish, from the appetizer to the main course was full of flavor. The portions were big enough to feed everyone at the table! I left the place feeling full and satisfied. All of the staff working was attentive and kind to us. The ambiance of the place was warm, welcoming, and nicely decorated. I felt like I was really in Italy! Overall, if you are in the Windsor area, I would highly recommend visiting and taking your time to try everything on the menu. If you can, I would make a reservation, the place usually books out. I am thankful that my uncles live here so whenever I visit them in Canada I'll be sure to stop by!

Food was good although I would suggest a smaller portions menu offering as well. Portions are huge. Yes you can get a "to go" box, but a smaller portion option would be welcome. We were pleased to see that they offered Prosecco although they don't serve in flutes which you would expect. Also the Italian Wedding soup did not have acini de pepe rather elbow macaroni which isn't really ideal for this soup. Service was good. New cutlery would be expected between appetizers and main course, but not here. We'll definitely return based upon our overall experience which was good.

We frequent this restaurant. All I can say is that it's fantastic. Everything is made from scratch. So make sure you have a lot of time to eat. The atmosphere is great. It's not big so if you decide make sure you make a reservation. When you arrive and order your drinks make sure you order the garlic butter bread!!

A bit frustrating to make a reservation. At the time of this writing their website says opens at 3 however they open at 4. We moved on so they lost a party of 6 for tonight.

I went here yesterday with a party of 4. We were seated promptly and asked about drinks and given our menus. Friendly wait staff. I'm about 5'1" so I was surprised how even then the place felt really small. A nice small, cozy hall (reminded me of Hobbit Holes). We had to wait a long time for our food (new patrons came in and they got their food before us - maybe they ordered via phone?). But when we got our food it was worth the wait. We had a large Hawaiian Pizza and added on bacon and sausages. We also had 2 panzerotties and OH MY GOD. They're huge! I've never seen this place (because I live near Devonshire Mall, so it's out of my way) but I really loved the food! This is my first time having restaurant pizza that's not fast food. Tasted AMAZING.

First visit at Piccolo's for our party of six. Very comfortable atmosphere and friendly service. We started with drinks and their famous bread which we devour in no time. The pasta fagioli soup was fresh but we all agreed was a bit bland. Food did take some time to be brought out which we liked because it made our gathering more of an event. My eggplant parmesan was tasty. So was the chicken parmesan and veal that the rest of the party ordered. Piccolo's does give large portions of pasta along side of the main dish. We all had leftovers since we are used to having pasta as a side dish. We were celebrating one of our family members birthday and the wait staff took the percentage off of the meal equivalent to the members age which was so sweet.

We had reservations for 630, our table was ready but service was slow from the start. We had to ask for drinks 30 mins after we had finished our first drinks. We waited forever for our appetizers and salads, which the house salads had basically no dressing and the Caesar salad was drenched in dressing. We ended up with our flavourless entrees at 8:30. We ordered five different entrees and they were all flavourless and not what we expected at all. We had to wait forever for sides that we asked for and there were empty tables. I would also like to mention that there's no parking and if you park in one of adjacent parking lots they tow your car.
