We often come to Windsor to see shows at the casino and we almost always stop here for the wings. We ordered carry out at the bar and enjoyed a beer while waiting. All I can say here is to try the wings!! We love the Garlic Parmesan and Dill dry rubs. There are, however, so many to choose from! You will not be disappointed with these Chicken Wings!

The Loose Goose restaurant delivered one of the worst customer service experiences we've had-- a clear focus on profits over customer satisfaction, making it obvious that keeping guests happy is not a priority. This was one of the worst online shopping experiences we've ever had. Not only was our order incorrect, but the real issue started when we tried to resolve the problem. We initially tried to call and place an order but were directed to the website. When we call the restaurant to resolve the issue, the bartender mentioned there were problems with online ordering. It took 2 days for the manager to call us back and when she did, she assumed our issue was with the quality of the food which wasn't the case. It then took 2 more days to hear from the owner who would only communicate by email, as he said he needed everything in writing. Clearly, they have dealt with many customer issues before. What should've been a straightforward resolution turned into days of back-and-forth with no real progress. In the end, we were left with no refund or proper apology. Between the poor handling of the order and the lackluster customer support, I won't be visiting the Loose Goose again--and I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Gord and I had supper at the Loose Goose last evening. I had wings with medium sauce (they were huge and very saucy) ... yum! Gord had a chicken bacon mushroom Swiss sandwich (grilled chicken, bacon, mushroom, Swiss cheese; with shredded lettuce & garlic aioli; on a toasted kaiser) and fries. He said it was good and the fries (he shared) were tasty. Carly was our server and she was friendly and took good care of us.

The Loose Goose is one of our favorite spots for dinner near the water. Our servers are always friendly and attentive. My husband loves their vegetarian poutine! Their club sandwich is great too. It's definitely worth trying while in town!

the security gaurd is the race. we were denied entry after 10pm because we are underage, which is fine, however while we waited for takeout because nothing else was open we were denied to sit outside on the empty patio. and weren't allowed to borrow a chair to sit while we wait. now we are standing in the street waiting for 33$ wings. the loose goose is the race do not go here
