Never rode a train before, pretty good experience. Things I like: I can relax, Parking in Toronto would be more than the train. Easy to find small clean station. Spacious seats not crammed in like airplane seats. Pretty good reclining seats. Food carts come by often. Two bathrooms each for each car. A few nice views from window. Staff is friendly. Things I dont like: There are 5 stops, which slows the trip down. The seats hurt your butt after a few hours, no phone charges on the train, no in car entertainment screens. The internet is slower than 1 MBps, that is like dial up speed. No complimentary snacks or beverages, everything is cash. Windsor station would not only let me pay for 5 days for parking, they made me pay $70 for the whole week.

This was a spacious station with lots of daylight through all the windows. There free wifi and I managed to find a wall outlet to use while waiting for my ride. There's a small parking lot but I'd imagine that most people would get dropped off or picked up instead of utilizing the parking.

This is my first time taking a train to Toronto. So far, so good. I love how personable the employees at the train station are. Even without asking, the sales associate the the front ushered me right in, and explained how everything worked. What really amazed me is when the associate offered to watch my belongings while I ordered food at Tim Hortons.Apparently I dropped my pillow in between boarding the train and the train station. The exact associate who assisted me earlier, found me, and brought th pillow to me aboard the train. Just when I thought my trip was amazing, it become better! The staff on board the train is even nicer! Take my advice and experience traveling through Canada via the train.

Reasonably modern rail service and a reasonably functional train station! Always a pleasure to take the train out of Windsor instead of sitting on the 401 for hours and hours and hours.

Did my first train ride ever on January 8th and I enjoyed it very much! The train was clean and everyone was very nice! The food was good, for being on a train. I would have liked if their bathroom was a little cleaner but I understand with how many people use them.

This was my first time travelling with Via Rail. I found the station in Windsor to be clean and quaint. The staff are friendly eager to offer their assistance. The boarding process was incredibly smooth, we all boarded the train in a matter of minutes. I travelled economy and in my opinion the seats were a tad dingy but that did not take away from the fact that they were comfortable. I really liked that the staff made an effort to offer refreshments at each station to ensure that those who just boarded were taken care of. All in all a sound experience. I'd travel with Via Rail again.

I take via rail when I'm in Ontario taking it to Windsor from downtown Toronto. I love the speed and efficiency of staff from booking to boarding. I also have app where you can track the train progress and speed of train in lifetime.

Nice looking facility not too busy modern but the temperature sucks it's really hot in here and the wifi doesn't work!
